Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 15 KVA

Supply and errectioing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (11 metres long) including two coats of aluminium painting over one coat of red oxide and butimin coating at bottom portion i,e at coping side with reflection painting all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rate quated is inclusive of following (i) Excavation&Earthwork, Returning filling and Removal of soil (ii) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as per specification (iii) Coping (1:2:4) type B1 as per specification.

Material & Labour for static dischrge plate of size 30cm x30 cm x 3 mm complete fitting on hydroscopic insulator fixed on wall connecting to cooper strip with breezing all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable, with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all as directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer –in- Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed. (Note: Work shall be executed as per clause 19.75 of standard schedule of rates part-1 (2009) for measurement purpose thickness of sand after punning down will be considered.)

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV , Type I , flat size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, fixing in FRP box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 and bore 40mm, laid in trenches / on floor ceiling etc including with all fitting such as elbow, union reducer tees bends etc and short length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for provision of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including.....part –I and testing on completion.

Note:- For Sr No 19 & 20 Following will be inclusive in rate:- (a) Piping length upto 15 mtr will be inclusive in item (b) Installation will include fixing the outdoor unit on the platform as per direction of Engineer in Charge (c) Installation will also include civil work for making hole on the wall and putting the iron sleeve for passing the refrigerant pipe (d) Testing and commissioning of the Air conditioner to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge (e) Contractor will provide warranty of 5 years for compressor from the date of installation (f) 5% of Air conditioner will be tested by the Garrison Engineer for Energy Efficiency and all the functions provision in the Air conditioner (g) Contractor provide complete free service in warrenty period by the company

S & F flameproof metal clad plug & socket board Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth metal plug & socket complete with 20 Amp MCB SP, C curve complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen), drawn through and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling, complete. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Note: 3 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment..

S & F metal clad plug & socket board Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth metal plug & socket complete with 20 Amp MCB SP, C curve complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 230 volts, double door type, fixed flush to wall complete all as specified and directed. S & F MCB 6-32 Amps, SPN with 'C' curve fixed in DB/Panel box complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 6-32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting.

Supply & fix in replacement of UPS, 600 VA capacity bearing model No Backups 600, IS 16242 Pat- I, 2014R 813000450, 230V, 2.6 Amp of make schneider or equivalent (as approved by GE) suitable for backup SCADA system of air conditioning ceiling suspended unit, all as already provided at site.

Supply & fixing in replacement of temperature sensor and humidistats bearing model No qfm2160, 0-10V, DC for 20 milliamp analog output of make seimens or equivalent of schneider/Johnson (as approved by GE), suitable for backup SCADA system of air conditioning ceiling suspended unit, all as already provided at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement Pressure Independent Control Valves of size 01 inch complete all as specified and directed. Make ; Johnson, Honeywell, seimens.

Supply and fixing in replacement Actuator Motor model No GLB161.9E, AC 24 Volt Class II, 50-60 Hz, 3VA, IP 54, 32T55 of make siemens or equivalent of Johnson/Honeywell (approved by GE) suitable for ceiling suspended unit for hot & cold motor connected with Pressure Independent Control Valves, all already as provided at site.

Supply & Fix in replacement Fan assembly unit of dia 800mm, model No FN080-SDQ.6N.V7P5 185477 of make Voltas or equivalent (approved by GE) suitable for 180TR chiller, all already as provided at site.

Supply & Fix in replacement Driver assembly suitable for 180 TR chiller of supply voltage 210-240 volt Ac version UC5011 unit all as specified and directed . Make :- Voltas or equivalent (as approved by GE)

Supply & Fix in replacement crank case Heater suitable for 180 TR chiller unit all already as provided at site. Make :- Voltas or equivalent (as approved by GE)

Supply & Fix in replacement Fan overload relay Board suitable for 180 TR chiller unit all already as provided at site. Make :- Voltas or equivalent (as approved by GE)

2. Makes, models, description, etc are all as that originally provided at site. In case the manufacturer has stopped manufacturing the models mentioned under the items, tenderer shall intimate the same before quoting the tenders.
