NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. 2. It is highlighted that the cretin condition of General Condition Of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as direction of MOD i.e inclusion of performance security, deletion of risk & cost provisions and increase in defects liability period all as specified in tender document. 3. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Outsourcing of 08 hrs Fitter General Mechanic(Skilled) operation of various type Pump, DG Set, water treatment, equipment/machinery etc per day per month including reliever on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of group of following E/M installations in various pump house at Diff Tech CH as per direction of Engg-in-Charge’s/GE and daily maintenance including cleaning entire installation area and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents all as specified here-in-after:- Qty- 01 no FGM x (02 shifts ( Moring shift & Evening Shift) x 1 Nos Location(Pump House / DG Set) )x11 Month = 22 Each calendar month per 08 hours service.

Outsourcing of 08 hrs Fitter General Mechanic Mate(Semi-Skilled) operation of various type Pump, DG Set, water treatment, equipment/machinery etc per day per month including reliever on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of group of following E/M installations in various pump house at Diff Tech CH as per direction of Engg-in-Charge’s/GE and daily maintenance including cleaning entire installation area and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents all as specified here-in-after:- Qty- 01 no FGM Mate x (03 shifts ( Moring shift, Evening Shift & night Shift) x 1 Nos Location(Pump House / DG Set) )x11 Month = 33 Each calendar month per 08 hours service.

Note :-(i) Unit rate shall be quoted one AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics)/Fitter General Mechanic/Fitter General Mechanic Mate/Electrician mate/Electrician mate per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month including reliver on sundays / holidays. (ii) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (iii) The quoted rate of above items shall deemed to be included payment of wages, EPF/ESI etc. payment to AC operator as per term & condition of Sch A note . Accordingly bidder shall quote their offer. (iv) AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics) shall maintain temperature of AC plants as per direction of AGE or his rep within design limit as specified in PS. (v) AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics) shall be available with AC plant as per the shift timings specified in the tender here-in-after. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery rate as mention here-in-after. (vi) Contractor has to provide all necessary tools for general maintenance and check up and two sets of uniform to every employee, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping clothes to each Installation under contract schedule, required log sheets for noting down daily readings and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The time schedule for shifts as mention in PS

(vii) Wherever operation of pump (water supply / fire fighting / sewage) is mentioned, the same is inclusive of greasing, cleaning, adjustment, minor repairs of nuts, bolts, washers etc with other related equipments of the pump house / installations alongwith operation of valves including cleaning of inside and outside areas of the respective pump houses, replacement of gland packing, maintenance of suction and delivery pipe lines, primary fill up of OH tanks and general cleanliness of surrounding area complete all as specified and directed and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (viii) Wherever operation of DG Set is mentioned, the same is inclusive of operating the AMF / control panel including checking of battery, lub oil, fuel level, coolant etc and general cleanliness of the DG Set and surrounding area and reporting of fault immediately and switching on street lights as per time schedule where applicable all as specified and directed and the cost thereof deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ix) Electrician/ Mate Electrician will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident. (x)The operator should have own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc
