Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock , hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification ,2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of materials up to any leads and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shorting and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material tools machinery, tools equipment and safety measure necessary to complete the work within all leadss and lifts.Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete, for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete (Nominal mixed 1:4:8)(One Cement four sand eight graded crushed stone aggregate)40mm(Forty milimetre size)nominal size with minimum cement content should not be less than 170 Kg. per Cubic metre in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification Clause 802,803,1203and 1205.5 , including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying(to level or slopes)900mm dia( Nine hundred millimetre dia metre)reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipe I.S.Class NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row, including fixing collars, with cement mortar 1:2(One Cement two sand )but excluding the cost of excavation, M.O.R.D Technical specification clause 1108 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 .P.C.C. grade M-15 (i) Nominal mix . 1:2:5:5)(One Cement two and half sand five graded stone aggregate, with minimum cement contents should not be less than 275 Kg./ per Cubic metre.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803 ,1202 and 1203.(CC1:5:10 without plum) with minimum cement contents should not be less than 130 Kg./ per Cubic metre including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 of MORD Technical specification, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification,2004Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thick with bitumen V.G-30)(Viscosity gradeThirty) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi, ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero)Kilogram per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per MORDTechnical Specification Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying bitumenious concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(Seventy five) Tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumenious binder V.G 30(Viscosity grade Thirty @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to Five point Six)percent of mixed and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandern rollers to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause 507 complete in all respect .(Bitumen concrete )Thickness 30mm(Thirty milimetre)including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi, ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. Per Sqm. Area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35 .The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specifications ncluding carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi, ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx100mm mesh(Woven diagonally) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25kg as per drawing and technical specification clause 301. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
