Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular poles 9 meter long complete with M S base plate , MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31 with and including painting of poles with black bituminous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1: 4:8 ) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including all form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS cross arms bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, overhead conductor (ACSR) including stringing, stretching and strengthening existing LT steel tubular pole including binding and jointing the conductor complete all as specified and directed. Type and Size of ACSR Conductor - (Weasel) 6/1 x 2.5mm aluminium and 1x2/59 steel

S&F shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height and 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts, LT complete with insulator bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly comprising GI stay bow 400 X 14 mm, GI steel stay rod 1800 mm long X 16 mm dia with nut-bolts, washers, GI steel plate 230 X 230 X 6 mm, two Nos. thimble, loop insulator of size 65 X 90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm, stay wire of GI stay strand of size 7 X 3.15 mm fixed to stay assembly and stay clamps including necessary excavation and earth work in hard / dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing, stretching and strengthening of GI wire 4mm dia on LT electric lines including binding, jointing etc all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
