Digging out the existing damaged MS Cable Tray, MS angle (50mm X 50mm X 5mm) grouted in wall with the help of 02 no Santras, 01 no Electrician & 02 no helper as per direction of EIC. with necessary arrangement as per direction of EIC

Dismantling the existing following PVC/XLPE Al. Ar. cable from outside wall by expert workers also from very difficult possitions very carefully to avoid any further damages as per direction of the EIC. a) 3.5 core 185 sqmm

b) 3.5 core 95 sqmm

c) 3.5 core 70 sqmm

d) 3.5 core 35 sqmm

e) 3.5 core 25 sqmm

Supply of following XLPE insulated & Sheathed cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make- Havells/Polycab/Gloster/KEI/As per choice of EIC] 4 core 95 sq. mm. multy stranded Aluminium conductor Armoured cable.

4 core 70 sq. mm. multy stranded Aluminium conductor Armoured cable.

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. Above 150 sqmm

Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS Angle of 5mm thick of size (50mm X 50mm) to make a base supporting fram for installation of MS cable tray incl. drilling 2 nos holes in vertical angle of size ( 50mm X 50mmX 5mm) and grouting the same with C.C. (1:1.5:3) etc fabricated with supporting angle of 50mm X 50mm X5mm at an angle of 45 degree with the wall for transmitting the load centrally through 01 no 50mmX 50mm X5mm vertical angle inserted into the existing wall as directed by EIC with drilling 04 nos holes in set , cutting holes into the wall & grouting with M10 Fastnut (10 mm) for installation of MS cable tray.The entire structure must be safe to carry out the entire load of the cable tray with the weight of different sizes of cable for proper maintenance in appropriate way.

Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS Cable tray by angle of 5mm thick of size (35mm X 35mm) including 2 sided with a gap of 1.5 feet parallaly a flat of 5mm thick of size 25mm X 5mm to be fabricated by 1.5feet face to face with the angle for transmitting the load centrally as per direction of EIC. The entire structure must be safe to carry out the weight of existing different sizes of cables for Sub-panel of building including proper maintenance for different floor in appropriate way.

Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS bridge type support by 04 nos 4 mm thick of size 100mm X 10mm X 4mm hollow bar including 6mm thick of size 75mm X 40mm X 6mm C-channel fabricated with the hollow MS section to carry out the support of existing cable tray. The entire structure must be safe to carry out the weight of MS cable tray and existing different sizes of cables for Sub-panel of building including proper maintenance for different floor in appropriate way.

Supplying, fabrication & fixings MS Angle of 5mm thick of size (40mm X 40mm) to make a base supporting fram for installation of MS cable tray incl. drilling 2 nos holes in vertical angle of size ( 40mm X 40mmX 5mm) and grouting the same with C.C. (1:1.5:3) etc fabricated with supporting angle of 40mm X 40mm X5mm at an angle of 45 degree with the wall for transmitting the load centrally through 01 no 25mmX 25mm X5mm vertical angle inserted into the existing wall as directed by EIC with drilling 04 nos holes in set , cutting holes into the wall & grouting with M10 Fastnut (10 mm) for installation of MS cable tray.The entire structure must be safe to carry out the entire load of the cable tray with the weight of different sizes of cable for proper maintenance in appropriate way.

Removal of rubbish (incl electrical items) etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping Surpackage/VRV/VRF/RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class O tubular insulation/with Class-0 closed cel! elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid ines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. 1/4'' (6.4 mm) dia (soft drawn) Cu. Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. (This item should be executed only after prior approval of the Engineer-incharge). Firstly, one number to be paid and then labour rate for shifting up to further nineteenth (19) times @ 10% each time to be considered. If necessary further after twenty times of total use, another one number new and labour rate for shifting to be considered accordingly. (a) 3.9 meter height
