WATERPROOFING

Providing Polymer coating (Water Proof coating) for sunken and terrace portion with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign, matters loose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry : Dry blend and polymer liquid shall be mixed into desired ratio as per recommandation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix.any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleanes surface.After drying,second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc,The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour,etc complete complying with standard specication and as directed by the departmental officers. SEMI UNITIZED STRUCTURAL GLAZING SYSTEM

Providing and fixing of Semi Unitized Structural glazing system using suitable extruded aluminium sections for frames Powder coating approved colour of 50 microns. Extruded section to be of aluminium alloy 6063 (T5 or T6 temper) confirming to BS4174 or approved equivalent standard. The framework should have water tight joints and designed for Pressure Equalized system with provision for rainwater drainage. MS brackets (hot dip Galvanized for 60 - 80 microns thickness ) or aluminium brackets of required size as per the structural requirement to be fixed to building structure with required size of anchor fasteners. SEALANT - The reflective glass units are to be glued to separate glass panel frames (made out of suitable aluminium section) with specified / approved structural silicone sealant of DC 795 & weather sealant DC 789 or of approved equilvalant . The sealant to be applied as per design and system approved by the manufactures in writing for this project. After proper curing and testing by Sealant Manufactures, Each panel to be fixed to main frame individually with anchor fasteners. After aligning the panels to correct line / level the gaps between glass to be sealed with weather sealant of approved make.

SYSTEM – The system to be designed to take horizontal and vertical movement upto 10mm for every floor and capable of withstanding wind pressure as per IS 875. The system design should be generic to accommodate double or single glass as may be required and gasket based, designed with chamber for pressure equalization. Shop drawings to be submitted for approval. The rate include detailed design calculations taking into consideration the wind load, seismic forces adequate factor of safety and the relevant I.S code and the international code and approved by qualified structural consultant. Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1000kVA, 22kV/433V, DYN11 Outdoor, ONAN type transformer with OLTC & RTCC panel. The transformer should be complied Energy efficiency Level-1 as per IS-1180. The primary and secondary winding material shall be of copper. All hardware should be hot dipped galvanised. The copper flexible strip should be provided at every gasketted joint for earthing continuity purpose. The Transformer shall be provided with cable termination box on primary side to terminate 22kV 3C 185 Sqmm Al. Ar XLPE HT cable and on secondary side with 1600A Sandwich type aluminium busduct with all accessories as per the detailed specification and drawing enclosed.

The colour shade of transformer shall be light grey, shade no. 631 of IS-5 and 1ltr. paint shall be supplied along with transformer for touch up at site.
