Repair and maintenance of defective switchgear in electrical distribution panels associated with Transformer and Generator of 104 Bn BSF under SHQ BSF Teliamura

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (i) 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm)

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a double-door, outdoor type, completely enclosed, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalized, pedestal mounted feeder pillar made of 2 mm CRCA sheet steel with fully openable only front doors and required gaskets. The feeder pillar should have locking arrangements and a tapered top (roof), consisting of 400 Amps, 4 strip aluminium bus bars with heat-shrinkable coloured sleeves and including DMC/SMC bus bar supports at required intervals, cable alleys of suitable size, and suitable sized terminal blocks for incoming and outgoing cables, including providing and fixing interconnection from busbars to switch gears and up to terminal blocks with suitable sized solid aluminium strips and control wiring with suitable sized insulated copper conductor cable, including suitable size M.V. danger board fixed on feeder pillar, including detachable cable gland plates made of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder-coated in an approved siemens grey shade after 7 tank treatment processes. The entire panel shall have one common aluminium/G.I. bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 earth studs/terminals. The feeder pillar should be complete with a mounting frame made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron with 900 mm long legs. The 4 legs of the feeder pillar shall be erected on a suitable size of 1:3:6 cement concrete (1:3:6 cement; 3 sand; 6 graded stones of 20 mm size) pedestal having 900mm of depth (600mm below ground & 300mm above ground). The feeder pillar shall have provision to accommodate the switch gears as per the schedule items and drawing approved by the engineer-in-charge and with the required front area and a depth of a minimum of 600 mm. (drawing will be get approved before fabrication of panel)

Providing and fixing of 03 pole, 400 Amp range, 36 KA, MCCB with microprocessor release in existing cubical distribution panel including dismantling the existing switchgear if required , connections etc as required of L&T make Model no-DN3 400D & Cat no CM93001OOOOAG or equivalent Havells/C&S/Simens etc.

Providing and fixing of spreader link suitable for 03 pole, 400 Amp range MCCB, Model no-DN3 400D in existing cubical distribution panel including , connections etc as required of L&T make Cat no ST98065OOOO or equivalent Havells/C&S/Simens etc.

Providing and fixing of direct rotatory operating mechanism suitable for 03 pole, 400 Amp range MCCB, Model no-DN3 400D in existing cubical distribution panel including , connections etc as required of L&T make Cat no CM99860OOOO or equivalent Havells/C&S/Simens etc.
