Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as directed

Point wiring complete for One light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi-stranded, copper conductor conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including PVC casing-capping minimum 25 mm wide with all fittings and accessories such as bends, tees, joints etc. fixed to wall or ceiling with recessed, pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable size & modules, concealed in walls with plastic laminated sheet cover 3mm thick as top cover fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly, all metal parts complete all as specified and directed in and including non-metalic PVC conduit incl accessories totally concealed in wall, ceiling/roof NOTE: Pressed steel terminal boxes with a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface to avoid rust incl suitable thick laminated sheet cover plate for mounting switch/sockets/regulator/bell push etc, concealed in wall & making good to distrubed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate Make: Havells or equivalent make of Finolex/Nicco/Plaza/Anchor/Polycab/RPG

Taking down carefully existing serviceable exhaust fan, ceiling cable end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, fixing the exhaust fan connecting up after rewiring, including making electric connection from ceiling rose/connector to fan complete all as directed

S&F LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, double sided connection, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, including taking down existing unserviceable one and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earthwire 4mm diameter by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab 50 mm thick with 8 mm CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe , wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from earth plate to MCB DB including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and testing on completion complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 as specified and directed.
