REPAIRS TO RCC ROOF COLUMNS BEAMS CHAJJAS PARAPET WALLS AND OTHER MISC REPAIRS IN BUILDING UNDER AGE B R III OF GE ND VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, Landing, chajjas, facias and similar suspended work at any height upto 10th floor including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Non-shrink cementitious Micro Concrete using Rendroc RG manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or its equivalent as specified modified with 12mm graded, clean saturated surface dry crusted stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laid in average thickness of 80 to 100mm in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as permanufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and specified. (Measurement shall be considered for circumference at center line of core thickness) including demolition of concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, Landing, chajjas and similar suspended work at any height upto 10th floor.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand brushing, scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc Rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of Epoxy and NITOBOND adehessive M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or its equivalent as specified on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in Two layers over and including steel welded mesh of 2mm dia wire and total aperture 75mm, thickness of gunite not exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 mixed with and including polycrete admixture @ 2% by wight of Cement or as per anufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even, uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 10th floor buildings including removing of small trees, shrubs, etc all as specified (Note: Welded steel mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.)

M & L for cutting 'V' groove along the existing cracks on RCC walls / ceiling / columns / beams / floor / bricks to a size not less than 10mm widewide and 30mm deep or cut upto thee xtent of crack using electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning the cut surfaces by air blower including sealing the cut portion with solvent free, three component compound, epoxy resin based putty, graded fillers and thixotropic agents with adjustable consistency [Fosroc or equivalent chemical] mixed and applied directly into cracks, blow holes, etc complete for any height of building all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to existing damaged sunken floor surfaces by drilling holes of 20mm dia upto 75mm deep in reinforceed cement concrete structural members at an interval of not more than 500mm c/c in staggered manner or along the crack lines including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting PVC nozzles with fast setting mortar and covering with renderoc plug to ensure complete sealing and allowed for curing for minimum 8 hours before grouting including injection grouting with hydrozen free expanding and plasticising additive [Fosroc or equivalent chemical] including removing the nozzle injections, excess putty, if any over concrete members and grinding, levelling and finishing the external surfaces after completion of work for any height of building all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing cement concrete and removing debris not exc 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 6mm to 8mm dia, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 using old size bricks including demolition of old brick work complete for any height of building all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
