KSRB15 -3.11 : Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to stone masonry / concrete surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering,: Providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying two coats of wall putty to inside plastered wall s and ceiling using white cement putty. KSRB 15 -15.1 : Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand on wall surface to give an even approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including prep aring the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. - with primer

KSRB 15 -14.1: : providing and applying two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and shade on ceiling surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour , complete as per specifications

Providing and finishing external walls in two coats with water proof cement paint of approver brand and shade to give even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and loose material, free from mortar drops and other foreign mater cost of all materials, labour complete as per specifications

KSRB 7.5 : Providing and fixing pull and push type rolling shutters of approved make out of 18 gauge, 75mm wide cold rolled steel laths of convex corrugations, with side guides and bottom rail, with interlocking arrangements for steel laths by means of alt ernate clips, suspension shaft with high tension coil type springs two numbers, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft, with bracket plates, guide channels, ball bearings arrangement for inside and out side locking with push and pull operations complete including pulling hooks, 4 nos of handles with all fittings and of materials, painted with a coat of red lead paint cost of materials, labour HOM etc. complete as per specifications

Applying red lead mix priming coat over new steel work including the preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the oil grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel tool, sand paper including cost of material, labour complete as per specifications

KSRB 9.4-3:- Providing Mathi/ Nandi wood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves(excluding cost of cement concrete and side clamps),but including cost of materials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per Specifications.

KSRB 9 -7.3: -Providing and fixing in position fully paneled Mathi/ Nandi shutters for doors, styles and rails of 30mm.thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and styles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of matarials, labour, HOM of machineries complete as per specifications.(excluding cost of fixtures) Specification No. KBS 9.34

Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V -stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 450 gsm E -Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 Kg/ m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28mmx32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc, sha ll be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the Salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall confirm to RV/ TIFAC Composites Design center Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in confirmation to IS 4020 -1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/ Ivory/ Beige/ Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments. Excluding cost of fixtures and inclusive of supply of shutters to respective workspot.

Providing and applying two coats on wood surface with enamel paint to give an even shade, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and foreign matter, sand papering including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications

Applying priming coat over wood surface after brushing with ready mix enamel priming paint including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and foreign matter , sand papering and knotting the ready mix paint including cost of material, labour, complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing Vitrified glazed tiles of approved make, quality & colour of size 600x600x10mm thick fixed on existing flooring with special adhesive for flooring, skirting and jointed with neat cement slurry mi9xed with pigment to match shade of tiles ,including providing spacers at required interval and removing stains, cost of materials, mortar labour etc., complete as per specification.

Providing ceramic tiles of approved make, shade and size for flooring, treads of steps, landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mix, flush with white cement using colour pigment, including the cost of materials, labour, curing, complete as per specifications

KSRB 11 -17 -1 : Providing and fixing C.P brass towel rail 740mm length,20mm dia with C.P brackets, fixed to wooden cleats with C.P brass screws including cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications.

KSRB 13 -6.1 -1 : Providing and fixing in position brass bib cock of approved quality 15mm nominal bore including cost of all materials, labour and HOM of equipments with all leads complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position Brass Stop Cook of approved quality with 20 mm dia nominal bore including cost of all materials and HOM of equipment’s and as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 25mm nominal OD pipes conforming to IS 15778,having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 mtr spacing. Supplying of 3 litres capacity Instant electric water heater 3KW, 230V AC.

Erection charges for fixing water heater using suitable heat resistance hose pipes / fittings /valves/ bolts and nuts, flat at one end nut and washers at the other end for through bolts and washers and wiring complete with 15A 3 pin top.

Supplying wall mounting fan of heavy duty suitable to operate at single phase 230V A.C. Supply a) 400mm Sweep.

Fixing a wall mounting fan on wall with bolts and nuts etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete using 20mm and down size granite coarse aggregates and fine aggregates of ready mixed concrete with M-30 for RCC works laid in 30cm thick layers and well compacted including vibrating curing etc , including smooth finish in CM 1:3 with all lead and lift etc complete for road crossing.

Supply and Installation/ Fixing/ Provision of Outdoor type Thermoplastic Modular Panel of size 300x600x170mm enclosure with transparent Polycarbonate Lid ,shock proof , IP 65) rust proof ,dust proof, water proof, corrosion proof having internally Embedded gasket on both lid and flap suitable to fix MCB with suitable transparent hinged flap opening for operating MCB along with complete tamper proof sealing facility and wiring with 10 sq.mm PVC copper wire and fixing to the pole with clamps bolts and nuts complete with following items:- a.)Supplying and fixing of 40A DP MCB. b.)Supplying and fixing of 60A, 4 pole power contactor. c.)Supplying and fixing of Time switch 24 hour programmer for street lights

SUB HEAD - 5 (SAFETY EQUIPMENT)

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red colour on front side as read.

SUB HEAD - 6 (DISMANTLING, SHIFTING, TRANSPORTATING OF DG SET, TRANSFORMER AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS)

Dismantling, Shifting of 500KVA plinth mounted transformer with DP structure and all accessories. Dismantling, & Shifting of LT panel, APFCR panel from old electrical panel room to new electrical room Work includes removing of LT cables and reconnecting to transformer, LT Panel, APFC panel at new location. Complete with all necessary equipments, machinery etc.,

Dismantling & Shifting 11KV Outdoor Metering Cubicle mounted in the plinth, clearing the plinth and releasing of 11KV structures materials of 1 Nos., 8 pole structure, 1 Nos., 4 pole structure and 1 Nos., 2 pole structure complete with GOS, HG fuse, insulators, cross supports, line conductors complete and transporting to Electrical Sub Division-III premises. Complete with all necessary equipments, machinery etc.
