Plain Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) -Grade M15 using 20mm (0.54 cum) and 12mm (0.36 cum) HBG crushed metal from approved quarry for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed wall tiles of following sizes of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls).

Supply of glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm / 245 mm x 325 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs

Flooring with 1st quality Ceramic floor tiles of all series & shades (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work

Conveyance of the excavated earth from work spot with lead of 2.00 km including loading and unloading etc complete.

Providing and fixing 28 -30 MM thick solid Wood Polymer Composite(WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3MM top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. A minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame

Hire charges for Providing portable closed Toilet Cabins (single user) (Indian/western) on hire basis including conveyance to site of work for fixing in position, giving necessary out let connections to the nearby manholes and maintaining necessary watch & ward and also removing the same after completion of the function duly restoring the site to good condition. The rate is inclusive of all taxes Excluding GST. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items /chapter applies.
