Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in which as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge: All kind of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kind of soil.

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level a)1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).(a) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing of frangible cabin / hut of size 7000 mm x 3500 mm (outside) and of height 3000 mm along wall and 3300 mm at the centre, made of GRP sand witch panels (or any other suitble material) for housing NAV / AID equipments / ILS equipments in operational area at the Airport including design, fabrication erection and commissioning of cabin / hut at site as per drawing and specification enclosed ,over a CC platform. The rate is inclusive of all cost of material, labour, T & P, scaffolding, fixing/ anchorage arrangement for electrical fittings and fixtures, electrical conduits, handling charges, watch and word, consultant fees but excluding GST etc. (Drawing and design of Frangible Cabin / Hut i/c CC Platform or base to be submitted after getting vetted and certified by IIT /NIT or Govt. Engineering College).

Supply of FRP Frangible Latttice Mast height of 05 meter, Meeting frangibility criteria as per ICAO Part-6 design manual and type test duly witness by AAI with deflection not more then 2 with minimum 10 year outdoor life meeting ASTM G-154 1000 hours with reduction in tensile & flexural strenght not more then 5%, The Frangible Lattice mast should be suitable for mounting two boxes at 6 feet height (Approximate weight of these two boxes - 35kg), Suitalbe mounting clamp of SS316 to be provided, tiltable base plate to allow to lift up or to lower down easily and conveniently for maintenance. The GRP Material must be type tested as per ASTM E-84 meeting flame spread <25 and Smoke density index <200. The frangible lattice mast have provision for mounting antenna at top level. (Reference drawing enclosed under technical specification)
