Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or pointed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick, PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring to receive floor topping or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 1:2:4 as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for endura tiles, heavy duty type of size 300x300mmx10mm thick, non skid, acid and scratch resistance laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade completed all as specified and as per direction of manufacturer instuctions / Engr in charge

M&L for laying chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick with grey cement and pigment and set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor over 20 mm thick sreed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Jullay, Ladakh, Ultra

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note- Sand cushion measured and paid seperately) Make : - Jullay, Ladakh, Ultra

All as per item No 07 above but except tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation in layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for granite work (Z-Black) (table rubbed and polished) 18-20 mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, plateforms and like machine cut bedded and jointed & pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding, polishing and moulding over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for makrana doogri white marble slab work 18-20 mm thick table rubbled and polished in steps , jambs, pillars , plateform and like laid over cement slurry & 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for pre-polished cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laid over cement slurry, pointed and jointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rubbing and treating kota stone / marble slab surfaces with mirror polishing including cleaning etc with grinding machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in any cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treated old surfaces of chequred tile, interlocking tile or stone floor etc and applying two coats of floor paint (Make : Indigo or equivalent ) of specified tint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete slab as in cover slab of drain and similar nature of work nominal mix (1:1.5:3) fixed in CM 1:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including shifting of slab over a drain etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending looking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Barbed razor tap concertina coil SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire manufactured by M/S Special Steel Ltd or M/S Super Fence or M/S Global Engg or other equivalent make as approved by GE of UTS 145 to 150 Kg/mm2 and dia of coil when stretched 610mm having minimum number of circles 10/RM, minimum number of clips 25/RM & minimum weight of coil 1.625Kg/RM hot dip galvanised including taking out existing damaged concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping,kneelers, kerbs, water troughs, and the like weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats for fair finish treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 15,350.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
