Development of wells of 3 nos DTW Scheme at Andercherra Karnakarbaripara and Nabincherra under Pecharthal RD Block during the year 2025 26 S H Providing and lowering of housing pipe and washing and development of tube well by using air compressor

Providing and installation of 73.00 mtr. head water lubricated submersible pump with 3 phase 415 VAC motor with star delta connection along with PVC insulated 3 crore flat cooper cable confirming to relevant IS code for submerssible motor with all necessary fittings as required upto the dept of 100 ft by GI pipe confirming to IS 1239 medium class with tail piece as required welded with GI Flange including providing fitting fixing by necessary ruber washr nuts & bolts MS Safety clamps etc, as per require size & making necessary electrical connections with main switch / starter with motor in/c commisionnong & trail run as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( each pump with motor shall consist of stainless steel impeller confirming to relevant VIS code pump , make : Duke/ KSB/WPIL/Texmo/CRI/ Calama). (pumpset,cable,GI column pipe with necessary fitting etc. will be supplied by the Agency at his cost separately , i)5000 GHP capacity with 80 mm dia GI pipe & 10 mm thick GI flange.

Washing and re-development of old serviceable deep tube well by using air compresor , testing of the well as per speciication (is :11189) and direction of Engineer -in-charge. 1. Upto 200 mtr pipe assembly A. with contractor's air compressor i. using air compressor of 300-450 cfm output of DTW

Labour charge of lifting of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour charge for lowering & fifting fixing of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block and making necessary electrical connection with main switch / starter with motor in/c trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fabrication of column pipe including fitting fixing of G.I flange by cutting the GI pipe (conforming to IS:1239 MEDIUM CLASS0 into 3.05 mtr . Long and welding the same with GI flange (GI pipe will be provided by the agency at his own cost & risk. i)For 50mm dia GI pipe with 10mm thick GI flange
