Inspection, maintenance and servicing including Alternator, AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up ('B' check) Once in a six month or 250 hrs whichever is earlier) of the engine for the smooth functioning and carrying out the complete checks as per the manufacturers instructions including items covered 'A' Check all as specified for the following DG Sets:-Note:- Engine oil & Coolent will be measured and paid seperately. B' CHECK ONCE IN A SIX MONTH OR 250 HRS WHICHEVER IS EARLIER (i) Replace the lubricating oil. (ii) Replace fuel low lubricating oil filter element. (iii) Replace lubricating oil by pass filter element. (iv) Replace the fuel filter element. (v) Replace hydraulic governer oil. (vi) Check the crank case breather. (vii) Check turbo charger (for turbo fitted engine) Note:- Engine oil/Radiator coolant oil/spares will be paid seperately. Cost of labour for fixing the spares supplied and measured included in the unit rate of the items.

Maintenace/ servicing of door shutter Hinges any type and size for DG set complete, including replacment of unserviciable parts to make smooth functioning of door shuter. All as specified and as directed.

Supply and pour distilled water suitable for 12 volt batteries..

Supply only Cotton waste for cleaning of DG set.
