13. SCHEDULE `A' PART-XIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 13.01 to 13.32 The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, install and commissioning of invertor type 1.5 TR Split AC units indoor/outdoor complete with copper condensor with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizier of automatic type operation single phase naturally air colled indoor type and design for input variation 170v to 250v with output voltage stabilized at 230v with accuracy of +2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA.

Supply & Fix ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete with blade, canopy and down rod and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block including provision of electronic rotary step type regulator.

S&F Exhust fan 300 mm sweep metal body heavy duty, 240 V AC single phase complete with lovers and shutters of any sweep including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/ 0.0076 up to ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc all as specified and directed.

S & F LED batten single tube 1x 20 W (4 feet long) 230V, 6000K Rated CCTenergy efficient with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as directed by EIC .Make; Orient Cat no LRT8-20-C or equivalent from make at Appx 'B'. Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

S&F LED Building Security light luminaire led 15 W 5700K with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilised acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40 mm dia GI ppe light grade fixed with MS Clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable nos of screws complete all as specified & directed by EIC .Make; Polycab Cat no. PUB0502001 or equivalent from make at Appx 'B'. Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

M&L for MCB Single pole & neutral 230 volt B curve 10 KA, 40 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MCB single pole,5 to 30 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MCB TPN,100 Amp 415 volt B curve 35 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed

M & L submain wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (External) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories and one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete complete as specified. Note: All runs of cables and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit.

All as per Item No. 13.11 Above but 2 run of 4 Sqmm as phase and neutral and 1 run of 4 Sqmm as earth wire.

S & F Power unit for AC including MCB SP of 25 Amp and one START and one STOP push button all as specified and as directed.

S&F CMRI Certified LED Flameproof 1X16W/20W, 230V Tube Light fixture with IP 65 protection and lamp complete with all fittings and fixtures as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for painting of 11/9 M long steel poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint superior quality (approved colour) up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC pedestal with internal 30 cm in yellow/ black colour strips and balance portion of steel pole with 2 coats of silver colour aluminimum paint including preparation of existing surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of MS cross arms channels bracing support clamps and back plate of new two pole-structure/ HT line by two coats of superior quality aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply laying & testing of XLPE, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavyduty) Earthed grade with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts size of cable 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning, transformer step down outdoor type copper wound floor mounted complete with 3 Phase 50HZ vector delta star oilcooled primary voltage 11000 volt secondary voltage 433 with off load tap changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage +/- 7.5% of capacity 100 KVA complete with standard fittings including provision of fitting of transformer oil as per IS-1180 complete all as specified and directed including the following : (a) Breather filled with cilica gel (b) Oil temp gauge (c) Oil conservator tank with oil level indicator. (d) Explosion venusafety release valve. (e) Filling/ drain and sampling valve (f) Air release valve. (g) B1 directional roller (h) Name plate showing vector group/ Tap changer system with voltage variation. Note : (i) Foundation for out door transformer and cattle fencing around transformer is deemed included in the quoted rate.

Supply install testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof LT feeder pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated (CPRI approved) OUT door type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6mm suitable for operation on 3 Phase; wire 440 volts 50 HZ system with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of suffiecient Nos of circular cable entry notes at bottom only with suitable of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry notes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooded oushes to prevent ingress of water/ vermin etc, inside the enclosure the required Nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated (15 micron) grey hammer tone with one coat of including connecting with LT armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs of aluminium complete all as specified and directed and consisting of following :

Supply & lay unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class HV, type 2, flat, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches as protection to UG cable ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches as protection to UG cable ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 90 cm x 60 cm x5mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below nominal ground level and 1.3 mtr wide) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to copper strip 50 x 6mm (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light grade GI of 50mm dia) by means of brazing at both edges, with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 2 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing lead, filling with charcoal 400 kg dust and comon salt 325 kg and megnesium sulphate 100 kg including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, perforated water pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead protection pipe light grade, PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (even finish on the both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, 550mm x 550mm thick with 6mm dia CTD bar 150mm C/C with two nos of handles of 10mm dia steel rod 500mm long all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs screws & nuts etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : For earth resistance of earth point should be less than 0.5 Ohms on testing after completion, if desired earth resistance not obtained from the earthing it shall be redone for satisfactory test result obtaining from the earthing at no any extra cost.

Supply and fix LED street light fixture 72 watts with IP 66 and IK06 protected LM6 high pressure aluminium die cast housing with toughened glass capable of delivering a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens with a minimum system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt a CRI greater than 70. The luminaire shall have a life class of 50,000 hours @L70 for a design ambient of 35 Deg Cand driver efficiency of >85%. Manufacturer name to be embossed on the luminaire and the name of manufacture should not be screen printed. The lens plate should be bolted to the metal core PCB should not be gluded, It should have the driver of the same make to ensure IP66 protection for luminaries. The arriving current shall not be more that 700 mA. It should be suitable for cable diameter of 8-12mm and pole entry of 25mm & should have internal surge protection of minimum 15 kv pressure die cast housing with toughened flat glass. The luminaire housing should have vertical grooves for cetter heat dissipation. Luminaire should be suitable for side entry for diameter of 40mm pole. THD<10% and PF>0.95. Make : Philips Cat NO BRP410P LED 072. or equivalent from make at Appx 'B'. Note :- In case of equivalent model, Parameters like type of body and cover, burninig hours, temperature, lumen etc shall be strictly compared before approval.

Shifting of existing DG Set 63 KVA by means of hydra and placing it on platform complete including disconnecting it and connecting on new place complete shifting of existing cable and connecting to LT/ AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARD STANDING

M&L for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, M-35 Grade, 60mm thickness, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of complete all as specified and directed.

FENCING AND GATE

S&F Galvanised punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched, when stretched to 8mtr length) & fixed on angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Stretched length of concertina coil shall be measured & paid for. One coil shall be streached upto 8.00 metre only. Cutting of concertina coil shall not be allowed.
