RequiredThe bidders should submit similar nature work completion certificate (Form-3A) which is completed in last five financial year having updated completion cost not less than 40 Percentage of amount put to tender.

RequiredBidder must have control panel testing tower in their own manufacturing unit. Necessary supporting document to be uploaded.

Required8. Bidder should be Original Manufacturer of Lifts, upload supporting documents.

Required9. Bidder shall have valid license for erection & maintenance of lifts by Chief Electrical Inspector, Gujarat or any other state/Central Government of India.

Required10. Bidder shall have authorized service station in Gujarat, upload supporting documents.

RequiredBidder should have All in comprehensive yearly maintenance contract minimum of Twenty Five lifts on hand at the date of this tender.

Required12. Agency shall have never been blacklisted/debarred/abeyance/terminated in last 10 Yrs. by Govt. (Central/ State) or semi Govt. authorities. Affidavit for the same must be accomplished with PQ Bid.
