Providing & injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment with external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate 7.5 liters per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel/trench along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed

Providing & injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti-termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre along the skiirting/dado and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over sufficient coat of birla wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium partition made with powder coated aluminium anodised section 62.30mm x 44.45mm x 1.50mm fixed in wall/floor including provision for receiving glass pane/ACP sheets etc and fixing the same with aluminium anodised beading and rubber gasket including 5.0 mm thick glass (black/ tinted/ plain) or ACP sheet as per site requirements and all necessary fittings complete as in partition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide, and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-inforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs andd in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-inforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, underremaed pliles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd} at the rate of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm(minimuim) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimny/other vertical surfaces and polimeric membrane insterted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 ml/Sqm. (vi) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfacs in CM (1:3) on ceiling surface finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install,commissioning and testing Invertor type (MIN EER-3.8) air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR,Eco friendly refrigerant, hi wall split units indoor/outdoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and auto restart facility, 100 % copper and stabilizer free operation, including excess copper tubing if required beyond the length supplied with AC unit and PVC conduit of 15mm dia not exceeding 2.5 mtr long for water drain and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted for items includes cost of all civil work like cutting to wall ceiling, floor, filling with PCC, finishing the surfaces with existing to match etc, if required for installation of AC unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Required copper pipes for installtion shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable and one run of 4sqmm copper FRLS cable as earth lead in suitable PVC conduit Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB DB SPN 8 way complete in SS enclosure double door type with 200 amps rated busbar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) S & F MCB SP 230 volts 6- 32 Amps with 10KA breaking capacity.Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 33 here in before but S & F MCB SPN 230 volts 32 Amps with 10KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of single pole and neutral encloser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240V, 20Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing CHEMICAL earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level ,Alternate layers of Chemical and connected to Copper earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of copper and connecting to earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & testing complete including 40mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5mtr long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with frame, test box , including 20 mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel , wire mesh etc. ( NOTE :- Earth continuity conductor and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid under the respective items ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Necessary tool / plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr height shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M&L for copper brazing (welding) at site to connect loop copper earthing strip of any size after tightening by nut, bolt, washer, check nuts of brass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Copper brazing shall be done upto 20 mtr height. Necessary tool/plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr height shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M & L for disconnecting & taking out of split AC indoor and out door unit by cutting of copper tube and disconnecting of electric cable & shifting of indoor/outdoor unit to another or same location with refilling refrigerant gas and fixing & testing after connecting all the parts in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aluminium strip 25X3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB DB SPN 4 way complete in SS enclosure double door type with 200 amps rated busbar complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm Dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus size 75X75X25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Maintenance free Chemical Earthing of technology 3 mtr long 17.20 mm dia with 250 micron copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia alongs with 2 bags of 25 kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95% carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7 - 8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 KA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and poly plastic pit cover of meterial polymer body & cover dimensions 308mm (L) x 308 mm (W) 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete all as specified and as directed. ( NOTE :- (i) Earthing is to be done infront of the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthings. (iii) The contractor shall have to give written guarantee for maintenance earth resistance of less than 1 ohm for the period of 10 (Ten) years after certified date of completion and shall be depositted 2000/- per earthing as security deposit for a period of Ten (10) years.(iv) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing less than 1 ohm new earthing to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.(v) Necessary earth work, excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata returning, filling in and making good surround area complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
