Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/ circular and de-sluding /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried (5000 ltr capacity)of out of MD land and making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original postion complete all as spd and directed by Engr-In Charge.(The quoted rate includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de-sludging/de-watering functional for full contract period)

M&L for 65 mm thick reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man cover bromatic slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coastly of bitumen paint and two nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge (Note : CA No and Date will be engraved on slab).Note: (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately)

S & F mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down existing roof treatment of felt etc any thickness or description including cleaning all upto roof slab incluing removing spoil form site and M&L for providing roof treatment as per the following steps :- i) Filling cracks of roof slab with approved chemical sealing compound and applying 15mm thick renedering in CM 1:4 over neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm over cleaned roof surface with use of approved water proofing compoung. ii) Applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minium weight 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with plyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or M/s Texsa India Ltd, laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm and finally finished with super silver sheild @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm. Note : The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed thorugh manufacturer or authorised applicator only.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.
