Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drain beds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 10 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 350 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for Kota Stone Slabs of 20 to 25 mm thick as in Floors, Gallery platforms,Steps, etc. with machine cut edges, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with Grey Cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of Slabs, rubbing and grinding with mechanical equipment fitted with suitable grit size corborundum stones and polishing with Oxalic Acid to smooth, bright mirror finish over screed bed of 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire width of Platforms, Steps, etc.

M & L for Kota Stone Slabs of 20 to 25 mm thick in vertical surfaces of Gallery platforms, Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with Grey Cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of Slabs, rubbing and grinding with mechanical equipment fitted with suitable grit size corborundum stones and polishing with Oxalic Acid to smooth, bright mirror finish over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Marble Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Green Colour, Premium quality, as in Flooring, Treads of Steps,Plate form Landings of Staircase etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious joint filler to match the shade of the Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing 12mm thick joints for full depth of PCC at every 3.00 m and every change of direction duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade of any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer over 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty [primer and putty shall be of same manufacturer as that of exterior emulsion paint] by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Exterior Emulsion Painting and allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine and applying two coats of Acrylic washable Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer on ceiling over 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
