REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRIC POLES CONDUCTORS, ETC AND OTHER EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS IN THE SANKOO SUBSTATION TO THE MILITARY GARRISON UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for laying of cable/pipe & getting out of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing HT cable route marker made out of cast iron (factory made) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cable end joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable indoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cable end joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for services for HT overhead conductor fault location for 11 KV, 3 phase manually complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for services for cable fault location for 11 KV, 3 core XLPE Cable 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm with the help of HT cable fault detector machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out the HT 11 KV metalclad Vaccum circuit breaker of capacity 630 A, 11000 volts,3 ph, 50 Hz, 350 MVA of any make and type from the cubical panel, for repairs/overhauling and servicing including replacement of wornout parts comprising the following works. (a) Removing the complete fixed contacts, moving contacts, cleaninig the contacts,removing the fittings and fixing back to the breakers after adjusting the pressure. (b) Checking charging motor, motor relay, anti pump relay of the breaker, lubricate and align properly for smooth and perfect operation. (c) Check and service the operating mechanism closing mechanism, and tripping mechanism including spring pressure, position etc.

(d) Checking, setting of the movement of the trolly of breaker lubricate it adjust the stopper bolt/lever for proper functioning of the breaker. (e) Check the auxilliary switch, shunt trip assembly, closing / Trip solenoid, limit switch and complete contol wiring of the breaker and repair the same for effective functioning of the breaker. (f) Testing of IR value with the help of meggar and commissioning the HT vaccum circuit breaker all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- VCB spares shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent item. However other than mentioned spares in this schedule if required for smooth functioning of VCB, cost of fixing the spares deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Over hauling and testing of secondary injection of over current and earth fault relay of HT VCB 11 KV panel on each multiple setting , readjustment and calibration the same complete, checking of control wiring including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Overhauling and testing of primary injection by artificial load through CTs on each multiple setting of over current and earth fault relay of HT VCB 11 KV, testing CTs polarities , relay calibration, cordination of relays complete and checking of control wiring including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable lightning arrestor and S&F lightning arrestor non linear resister type (Surge) suitable for 11000 volt grade conforming to IS-3070 Part-I with discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps including stranded coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps mounted on steel mounting fabrication of MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32mmX6mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, strip protected by dia 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result complete including taking out of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing HT/LT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and re-stretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag, binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the HT overhead line after completion as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Three/four runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

Supply and erection in replacement truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) with cast iron base frame, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Excavation & PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 3% for sag shall be added in measurement.

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown insulator 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type,white.brown or green two in series assembly for tension clamps for conductors for working pressure 11000 volts grade, including taking out existing unserviceable insulator of any type/description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 16 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow, loop insulator, PCC 1:3:6, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1 including taking out old stay assembly. (Note:-insulators, stay clamps, excavation and PCC measured and paid separately)

Taking down defective unserviceable GOD from pole and supply and fix gang operated air break switches 12 insulators mounted on MS Channel with operating mechanism worked from ground level suitable for 11000 volts, 200 Amps including GI pipe handle clamps bolts, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors complete with locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair danger notice plate made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT,25x20 cm in size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 67,085.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
