Servicing of AMF panel of DG Set up to 320 KVA capacity and cleaning of dust by using blower and cleaning agents, checking/ detecting the faults, removing the faults, replacement of unserviceable parts of AMF Panel such as faulty relays, contactors, coil, MCCBs, logic units, PCB, fuse links and testing on completion of job on existing load complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

M&L for AMF panel control wiring complete with as per existing gauge copper conductor including taking down burnt wiring complete and testing of panel complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Tripod Earthing Complete with 3 numbers of 17mm, 250 micron, 3 mtr long copper rod buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 5.0 M deep below normal ground level and copper rod connected to copper strip of size 50 x 6 mm by brazing only, earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 80 mm dia mm bore from copper rod and upto and including the earth test point made of gunmetal Phosporous bronze of size 75x75x25 mm. The earth pit filled with 27 Kgs of Curec+ and 50 Kgs of Curecon chemicals including excavation in any strata and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed, PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40 mm thick in RCC ( 1:2:4 ) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including MS angle iron frame of 40 X40X 3 mm including testing complete all as directed and specified. Note :- (i) Earth conductor from earth plate to equipment upto 7.5 M length is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor . (ii) Cost of excavation, returning and filling, earth work required based on the nature of eath pit for satisfactory completion of job is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.
