PART- A ( CIVIL WORKS ):- Survey, design, drawing, testing of bearing capacity, hydraulogical, geological survey and construction of water tight circular R.C.C. Dry Intake well cum pump house to withstand safely the river current / discharge, seismic/wind or all other natural effects and suitable for taking approximate 9500 LPM raw water discharge, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Inner diameter of well shall be 12.0 metre. Height of well is approximately 15.0 metre ( from lean water level to 3.0 M above H.F.L. of Alaknanda river at Chauras ) and depth of foundation below G. L. is assumed 8.0 M, which is liable to change according to geo-investigation, structural design and site conditions. Height of pump house will be 4.00 m (including space required for Motors, HT Pannels etc.). Atleast six inlets (on different levels/heights) with a common header should be installed at/above intake floor with stainer to tap river water, pipe arrangement for drazzing pump, M. S. girder 350 mm , sluice valves as required, 1.20 metre wide balcony all arround the well shaft above HFL, doors and windows, pump foundations, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of well, four layer M. S. railing should be on aproach bridge/balcony and there should be 1.0 metre wide spiral stair with hand rail from pump house floor to bottom of intake. The rates should be inclusive of river diversion, all excavation required for well and bridge and dewatering etc. The overall height of intake well is taken 27.00 metre from top of raft foundation to pump house roof top For any increase/decrease in these heights/lengths, rates are shouted below.) including all labour material T&P or as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Rate for increase/decrease in the height of steining wall of Intake well for every 1.0 metre .
Rate for increase/decrease in diameter of Intake well for every 1.0 metre dia.
Construction of steel approach bridge of 2.0 m. wide and required length as per site condition with emamel painting is also to be constructed to reach over the well/pump house, including cost & cartage of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
Rate for increase/decrease in the length of approach bridge.
Survey, hydraullic/structural design, drawing, testing of soil bearing capacity, site development, approach road, constrution of RCC wall at gadhera side ( 2.00 mt from GL ), boundry wall (with fencing at top) around MPS and construction of water tight R.C.C. 13.20 MLD Capcity rapid gravity treatment plant consisting of pre PST pre sedimentation tank (tube settler), inlet chamber, mixing unit, floculation unit, chemical house, laboratory, hopper bottom settling tanks ( tube setler), rapid sand filter of four equal units 3.30 mld each with alum doser , bleaching or chlorine mixing doser & back wash arrangements , operation platform, clear water chamber, approved filter media, 0.60 M wide appron, gate/sluice valves and their chambers, discharge measurement at inlet and outlet unit,and all other appurtinent works. Including supply and fixing pipe for proper drainage arrangement upto out side the WTP campus, MSERW pipes for connecting the units, electrification and lighting arrangement inside and outside of operating plateform and filter, tiles flooring, double doors and windows in operating room, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of WTP, three layer M. S. railing should be on stairs, filter all as required or as directed by Engineer in Charge. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion and functioning of WTP.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in hill side cutting or in foundation, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (For all building works works including Site Development, except pipe line trenches)

The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor.)
