Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium decorative grill of any and shape not exc. 2.70 Kg./Sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminum anodised hollow sections 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick, snap fit beading, rubber gasket , 5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative chioce lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the damaged partition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200mm long 2 Nos aluminium tower bolts of 200mm long and 1 No mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 5.5mm thick sheet glass and partly paneled with 12mm thick particle board pre-laminated fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings all as specified Chowkat size : 101.60 x 44.45 x 2.40 mm (1.608 Kg/RM appx) Shutter Top rail : 114.30 x 2.15 mm thick (1.836 Kg/RM appx) Bottom rail : 150.00 x 2.20mm thick (2.376 Kg/RM appx) Middle rail : 83.50 x 1.70 mm thick (1.243 Kg/RM appx) Vertical rail : 85.00 x 1.80 mm thick (1.302 Kg/RM appx)

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 all as specified and directed

All as per item no-7 but wall /skirting incl 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminnium shutters of doors, windows of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, and refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, cleat, rubber packing, aluminum snap beading etc, and tightening complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate is inclusive of rubber beading, aluminum snap beading, screws, cleat etc.,)

Taking down aluminnium shutters of windows, ventilators etc., of any description not exc 1.00 Sqm each and refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, cleat, rubber packing, aluminum snap beading etc., and tightening complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate is inclusive of rubber beading, aluminum snap beading, screws, cleat etc.,)

Taking down wooden door shutters,PVC door shutters and windows, ventilators etc., of any description or any size each and refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, Hinge,Hasp and staple, tower bolt etc., and tightening complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate is inclusive of screws, Hinge,Hasp and staple, tower bolt etc.,)

S&F in repairs 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with chan wheel and hand chain, with out ball baring, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete motor operater type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specifiedd and and directed.
