2 PRTC Workshops/Depots & Head Office:- Sangrur Depot, Barnala Depot, Budhlada Depot, Bathinda Depot, Faridkot Depot, Kapurthala Depot, Ludhiana Depot, Chandigarh Depot & PRTC Head Office Patiala Charging from PRTC L1

Note: In addition to above;

a. The rate to be quoted in ₹ per month (LumpSum including GST).

b. The time limit of Sr. No. 1 & 2 will be 02 years.

c. Any bidder may bid for all or any nos of works and selection of bidder for work at Sr. No. 1 to 2 will be decided separately as per criteria of preferred/selection bidder.

d. Bid Variables (to be submitted online only) Hard Copy of Financial Bid need not be submitted in the office of Managing Director, PRTC.

e. In case of difference between the words and figures, words shall prevail.

f. All the "General Requirements", "General Terms & Conditions" & "e-Tender Notice" shall also the part of "Financial Bid"
