Structural Cost for RCC frame structure
Providing Bored Cast-in-situ M25 grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Work to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2). Using tripod, winches Pile diameter - 500 mm.
Removal of mud / sludge / slurry / liquid earth obtained during piling work from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the KMC/Municipal or any suitable area with conformity of Municipal Corporation Rules using tanker including loading and unloading the same with pump, clearing the site complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)
Performing Vertical load test on single Pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV) by hydraulic jacks on pile/piles with 1.5 times the design load including preparation of the head of piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jacks with all ancillary arrangements for setting up gauges, construction of suitable platforms, keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangement etc. complete as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Testing load up to 100 T.
Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain / Sonic Integrity Test / Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerized equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Within 50 km. radius from Raj-Bhavan
Performing Lateral load test on two piles or twogroups of piles by introducing a hydraulic jack with gauge between two piles or pile groups under test by applying horizontal loads in increments of about 20% of the estimated safe load at each stage and applying the next increment after the rate of displacement is nearer to 0.1 mm. per 30 minutes till the total displacement becomes, 12 mm at the cutoff level including the cost of arranging the entire set-up, hire charges of all implements including at least two dial gauges, preparing the pile head if necessary, and removal of all arrangement after completion etc. complete in all respect including cost of carriage of all materials and as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-Constructional Anti-termite measures: Treatment to the back filling of R.C.C. foundation with chemical emulsion by admixing Imidacloprid emulsifiable concrete (160ml in 75 liters) with water at the rate of 7.5 ltr. Per q.m. of the vertical surface of the sub structure of each side of the foundation . The work shall be carried out as per specification as described in the para 7.3.1 of code IS- 6313 (part -II) 2013 (Mode of measurement will be per sq.m. of vertical area of foundation treated).
Pre-Construction measured: Anti-trmite treatment outside of the foundation with chemical emulsion by admixing Imiducloprid emulsifiable concentrates (62ml in 28.5 litres) with including cutting shallow channel by excuvating soil along and close close to the wall face ensuring uniform dispersal of the chemical emlsion to a depth of 300 mm .from the ground level by rodding with 12mm . dia. M.S. rod at 150 mm interval in the channel . 1.75 liters of chemical emulsion per meter length shall be used and a ballance quantity of 0.5 liters of the chemical emulsion per running meter shall then be used to treat the back fill each by directing the spray of the emulsion towards the wall surface .The entire work is to be carried out as per specification laid down inn para 5.3.1.1 of code IS-6313 (Part-III) : 2013
Anti-termite treatment to the soil under floor with chemical emulsion by admixing Imidacloprid emulsifiable concentrate (72ml in 34litres) with water by weight including drilling vertically 12mm. dia holes at the junction of floor and wall at 300mm. interval to reach the soil below using hand operated pressure pump to squirt chemical emulsion into the pump to squirt chemical emulsion into the holes at the rate of one litre per hole. The holes shall be sealed after operation to match with the existing floor. The entire work is to be carried out as per specification laid down at table 1 & in para 5.3.1.3 of code I.S.-6313 (Part-III)- 2013.
Anti-termite treatment to the junction of wood work and masonry walls with chemical emulsion by admixing Imidacloprid emulsifiable concentrates (42ml in 20 litres) with water by weight including spraying at the points of contact with the adjoining masonry by drilling 6m. dia holes at a downward angle of about 45 degree at the junction of woodwork and masonry and squirting chemical emulsion into these holes at the rate of half litre per hole. The entire work is to be carried out as per specification of in table 1& para 5.3.1.3 of Code I.S.-6313 (Part-III)-2013. The shutters are to be sprayed with emulsion. on both sides. All wooden fixtures like almirahs, racks etc. are also to be throughly sprayed with chemical emulsion.
