Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, cutting, laying and fixing of machine cut, mirror polished of 17mm/18mm thick granite stone slabs of approved shades such as Jet Black or any other approved two or more colours and texture for flooring / wall dados fixing in position at all levels, required size and shape as per pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge for Slab and column for supporting rock sample laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch-ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edges to give high gloss finish and using Laticrete for fixing slab side with granite etc. Complete with cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants scaffolding, wastage and final polishing etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick. for Granite work, marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. work complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Hiring of 40 Tonne Capacity Crane for lifting materials to a minimum height of 5 metre including transportation, all tools all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of SS name plate with engraving of size 2' x 8" of 2 mm thickness with sloped supporting of SS plates with 2 mm thick including welding of the frame and fixing the SS name plate as directed by EIC. The Text to be engraved shall be given by Dept.

Supply and fixing of SS name plate with engraving of size 2' x 3' of 2 mm thickness with supporting SS backside frame of size 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm thick box section ( 3 horizontal and 2 vertical) and SS vertical poles of height 2.7 mtrs and dia. 50mm of thickness 1.5 mm with two bulbs of same size on the top of the pole including welding of the frame and fixing the SS name plate with the frame and poles as directed by EIC. The Text to be engraved shall be given by Dept.

Providing form work, Centring and shuttering using Plywood board, steel plates, planks including strutting and propping etc. at all floors and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including close haking of exposed concrete surfaces etc. complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Installation of vinyl printed name borad on 3mm ACP sheet board of size 6" x 4" and fixing the board in steel frame as per directions of EIC. The text/ matter will be given by the Dept.

Dismantling of the existing garden light pole & fitting (3.5m height) complete. The scope of work includes disconnection of existing wiring, removing of pole & light fitting assembly from the foundation, demolishing of existing pole collor/ foundation complete, stacking the polewith fitting & reusable electrical items at designated place for reuse as required & clearing the site as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.

Erection of metallic pole of length about 3 to 4.5 meter in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including preparation of site, excavation and refilling, site cleaning etc. as required. Note: The pole shall be supplied by the department. Pole cost shall not be included in the item for which no deduction shall be made from the contractor.

Supplying & laying of one number 3core, 10 Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation in all types of soil & refilling the trench with available excavated earth (excluding sand cushioning & protective covering) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, site cleaning and bringing the site to its original condition by laying bituminous compound, compacting etc required as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3 X 10 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing/ embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) with suitable clamps for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and fixing weather proof street light box of suitable size (hotpressed moulded from SMC) of Sintex/ hensel make or superior approved make having front opening cover with screwed locking including providing and fixing suitable way brass connector strip 16A per way of superior quality and 1No 6A, 10KA 'C' series SP MCB mounted on DIN channel, fixing of box recess in wall/ surface with suitable accessories, connections, earthing etc. as required as per the instructions and directions of E-I-C.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing 2X1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of 12-15 W LED Focus light (Round/ square/ Rectangular) along with driver for highlighting a drill rig suitable for outdoor environment, Driver efficiency >85%, Operating voltage AC 140-270 Volt, frequency 50/60 hz, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection, THD < 10% , P. F.≥0.95, CRI >80 , CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K / 6000°K / 6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be confirming to relevant BIS standards and trade mark certificate (T.C.) Complete in all respect i/c connections etc. as required with minimum 3 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 and <120 lm/Watt output. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement.

Note-1: General Notes 1. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 2. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 3. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 4. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
