Major repair to Security Perimeter Wall (SPW) and replacement of damaged windows & ventilator of bastions inside factory area at O F Badmal.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. as directed by E-in-C.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 as directed by E-in-C.

Fair/Straight/Racking cutting (V- groove) n exc. 10 cm width or girth on exposed surfaces of brickwork such as in splays, chamfers, etc. including rubbed finish and waste as directed by E-in-C.

Dismantling of RCC structure of any description and in any position (Roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work) and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition as per direction of E-in-C

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as per direction of E-in-C.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) in chajjas/beam/column etc with Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as per direction of E-in-C.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed by E-in-C (each line wire to be measured)

Preparation plastered or unplastered new wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement paint over a coat of primer as per the direction of E-I-C.

Preparation of surfaces and writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high as per direction of E-I-C.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing to store as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 sq. m but not not exc. 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing to store as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.

S & F of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A, framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.

S & F of aluminium windows with glass (Figured) consisting of three track channel and three sliding shutters with locking system, outside stainless steel mosquito proof net with beading and with modi guard 5 mm thick sections of size 92X32 mm for bottom, top & sides as frame sections, 40X18 mm shutter sections including neoprene gasket, nylon encased, SS rollers etc., all as specified and directed complete. Make: Jindal, Hindalco for equivalent.

S & F of Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified .

S & F of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples
