Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc complete including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/ ridges and fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc complete including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5mm (+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x 1" (25 mm x 25 mm, 1 mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2' x 2' (600 mm x 600 mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aliminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) Angles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - In- Charge, Manufacturer, s specification and drawing including taking down existing ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab etc any thickness including cover fillets of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, solid PVC wall paneling/ lining PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and directed including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick granite stone slab of any type with table rubbed and polished as in slab/ platforms and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out for keys, scrubbing down with water etc of any thikness & brick or stone wall etc. cement or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work , concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work , concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required, including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore including taking down of old tank of any descrption and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

(Note : Weight of stop cock shall not be less than 0.575 Kg).

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in–charge of cleaning, including writing date of cleaning with oil paint of of visible colour in font size not less than 100 mm high complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE: - (i) The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.
