Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) including watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalities & taxes of all mateirals & cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc all complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge in foundation and plinth.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 grade using 20 mm and down size hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including lowering, laying the concrete, watering and curing etc. with cost of centering and shuttering for the work etc all complete to required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalities & taxes of all mateirals & cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc all complete in all respect as per Direction of the Engineer in charge. 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over RCC work finished smooth including close deep chipping and slurry treatment including watering & curring etc complete with cost, conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials & all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm size hard broken chips including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all & cost of all labour with T & P etc all complete in all respect as per Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,laying of Vetrified tiles (60cmx60cm) on floor over 25mm thick cement mortar (1:1) to proper level including jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost,conveyance,royality of all materials including all labour & T&P charges etc complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,laying of Vetrified tiles on walls over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost,conveyance,royality of all materials including all labour & T&P charges etc complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.(60cmx60cm)

Finishing walls with Weather coat paint ofapproved quality and approved shade confirming to ISI overPrimer including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T& P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge to inner and outer face of walls, ceiling, projections.

Finishing walls with Distemper ofapproved quality and approved shade confirming to ISI over Putty including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T& P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge to inner and outer face of walls, ceiling, projections.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. door & M.S. window with grill made out of M.S. square bar / M.S. flats / M.S. angles / M.S. sheet as per approved drawing and design, cutting to required size and welding properly, finished smooth by machine grinding and sand papering, including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, required screws, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete including the cost of making holes on brick or concrete structure subsequent mending good damages complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of Primer ofapproved quality and approved shade confirming to ISI over Putty including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T& P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge to inner and outer face of walls, ceiling, projections.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Display Board as per Govt. Provision

Provision of photographs at different stage of execution of the work.

Provision for Internal Electrification (to be paid as per actual).
