Appointment of Project Monitoring Consultant (PMC) for the IP set works and feeder segregation works under Atal Bhujal Yojane in BRAZ ZONE BESCOM.

The bidder should have minimum experience of 5 years in the field of Electrical Engineering consultancy services for providing overall project Supervision with Quality & Quantity Assurance to any State/Central Government and their undertakings departments/ Electrical Utility (Transmission/ Distribution) in India

The Consultant must have successfully completed the consultancy services of at least Two Assignments of construction Supervision & Monitoring of 11KV distribution network up to 33 KV in the preceding five years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23) to any State/Central Government and their undertakings departments or Electrical Distribution Utility in India

Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956/ 2013 including any amendment thereto

The Consultant should offer and make available all the key professional staff (the Key Personnel) having the requisite qualification & experience as detailed under and shall be full time employees in their consulting division or business unit on the payroll

The consultant should have the minimum annual turnover of Rs.160.00 Lakhs from the consultancy services during each of the last 3 (three) financial years (2021-22 to 2023-24)

The consultant should have the Liquid assets as on the date of NIT issued or later date before submission of bid consisting of Cash at Bank + Term Deposits + availability of fund based credit facility in any Nationalized/scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than Rs.40.00 Lakhs

The Consultant should not have been Black-Listed/ banned/ suspended by any State Government/Central Government and their undertakings departments/ companies in India as on date of bid submission

The Consultant should not have been defaulted/short closed due to non-performance in the consultancy services against the order placed any State Government/Central Government and their undertakings departments/companies in India as on date of bid submission

Eligible consultant-For determining the eligibility of Consultant, the following conditions are required to be satisfied
