Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. In width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5 Mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 Mtr. From cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.
Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from Quarry in foundation and plinth, including leveling up with cement concrete 1: 6: 12 (1 cement: 6 course sand: 12 graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size at plinth level with cement mortar 1: 8 (1 cement: 8 coarse sand), including all cost and carriage of material complete.
Dry Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth using Quarry stone with bond stone, including all cost and carriage of material complete.
Providing & laying Damp Proof Course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1 cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) 12.5mm nominal size (Crushed), including all cost and carriage complete.
Supply and filling of 2nd class stones duly hand packed i.e. on horizontally behind Walls, including all cost and carriage complete.
Labour for laying of RCC Pipes, including earth work cutting, cushioning and then laying of pipes in proper position to required gradient and camber, including dressing, watering, compacting with all cost and carriage of material complete 24"Φ (Pipes shall be supplied Departmentally).
Add cost of RCC Pipes 24"Φ.
