W.B.M (Grade-2) WBM G-2:(45-63mm) Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform 7.5 cm. thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading-2 as per MORD specification clause 405 S.No. 4.5(2) Grade-2 compacted qty.

W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22.4-53.0 mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm.

Primer coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulision (ss-1) on prepared surface of grenular base including clearing of road surface spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/ m² using machanical means as per clause 502 MoRD data book.

Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Seal Coat Type-B Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade cross fall using Type-A, B & Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
