Servicing of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA ,Make : Kirloskar, with replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element, Cleaning of battery terminal , checking of tappet clearance & related accessories such as set of 'O' ring, set of tappet gasket, Set of washers, Dusting ,Cleaning and testing of DG Set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Engine oil, oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element etc will be meseared and paid under relevent item.Note : Servicing of DG Set to be done by Authorised service provider of DG Make.

Material and labour for descaling and servicing the radiator of DG set 125 KVA, Make :Kirloskar internally and externally by using chemicals, to remove deposit on fins and soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage and re-fixing after replacement of unserviceable hose pipes with clamps and filling of Collent, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Coolant excluding will be mesured and paid under respective item.

Material and labour for repair of Self starter of 24 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of Self starter of 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable pinion/ armature/Field Coil/Bushes/Bearing etc all as required for smooth Functioning including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of charging alternator 12 Volts by replacing unserviceable Groove wheel/ armature including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of Electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) suitable for DG Set of 62.5 / 125 KVA capacity make Kirloskar and making all connection, testing, complete all as directed.

Repair of Engine controlar unit for 125 KVA DG Set of Make Kirloskar and making all connection, testing, complete all as directed.

Servicing of alternator of DG set 62.5 KVA and heat varnishing including cleaning of ball bearing bushes, heating and varnishing of winding and other electronic parts and coupling and refixing after servicing including testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement battery lead 02 No PVC insulated, multi stranded copper single core unsheathed cable of size 10 sqmm, 1100 volts grade,1.5 mtr long fitted including brass bty terminal at one end and copper thimble of 25 sqmm at other end ,complete all as directed.

Material and labour for opening /taking out of turbo charger of DG set of 62.5 to 125 KVA capacity ,disconnection of air supply connection pipe etc,complete overhauling,servicing of turbo charger ,replacement of turbo charger repair kit including testing of turbo charger system complete and re-assembling the same with new gaskets fitted with DG set properly in original position, checking the allignment, making proper all connection, testing for smooth opreation complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of DG set of capacity 160 KVA DG Set Make :Kirloskar, by opening and dismentling of FIP, Nozzles with governer, cylinder head, Turbo charger, water pump, radiator and other connected parts DG control unit, transporting to auth workshop for reparing, lath work and replacing all unservicable parts and reassembly the engine and accesories, calibration of FIP, descaling and servicing the radiator internally and externally by using chemicals, to remove deposit on fins and soldering the copper tubes and tank for arresting leakage including replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, Diesel filter, Air Clearner Element, coolent, Cleaning of battery terminal and set of gaskit, testing of DG Set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : spare parts will be measured and paid saperately.
