(Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), all as specified.

0.80 mm thick plain galvainsed mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete, all as specified.

All as per ser item No.'08' above but except sheets.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 160 of MES SSR 2010 Part-II

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

GI frame work for seamless ceilling comprising of GI permeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 120m) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete, all as specified and directed.

12mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under headcutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer of chalk whiting including preparation of surface complete, all as specified.

Pressed steel frames of size 1255x65mmx1.25mm for door with two rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, including back filling with PCC M-15 (nominal mix) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete, all as specified.

Factory made 2nd class hard wood 35mm Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treatedcomplete all as specified.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (with out sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or wooden beads, all as specified.

Small fittings of 2nd class hard wood (SAL) such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including 50mm long, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel butt hinge, articles not exc. 200 cu.cm. each including preparation of articles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, all as specified.

Supply only Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled, stainless steel 50 mm long, all as specified.

Natural colour 15 micron aluminium anodized frame of approved manufacturer fixed on floors, walls with rawl plugs and screws complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge including opening for inter electric conduits wiring , size of frame 85.00x44.45x1.80mm weighing 1.302 Kg/RM complete all as specified and approved by GE.

Natural colour 15 micron aluminium anodized three way track (Guide rails) of size 65.00 x 44.45 x 1.80mm weighing 1.302 Kg/RM for window shutter complete all as specified and approved by GE.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with brass ball float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, all as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II :-Sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used,sigle pole and neutral (double Door),8 way, 415volts with 200 Amp rated bus bar, all as specified.

MCB SPN 40 Amp, 240 Volts, 10 KA all as specified.

MCB SP 6 to 40 Amp, 240 Volts, 10 KA all as specified.

Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, socket point/ power point etc. on teak wood batten with clips including taking down wooden board complete with any type of switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose etc. The light fittings (any type), main switches, distribution board with MCB’s of any capacity and make are to be removed/replaced if required and all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Existing fan regulator (any type) is to be refixed and connected properly where required.
