Detailed surveying of the cable route along the alignment fixed by the Board, 2.5mtr width from centre of the path on both side (Total width 5mtr) by using Ground Pentration Radar Method and Pipe detectors to detect all underground utilities at a minimum depth of 4 mtr throughout the length including total station survey for the entire line route and recording the data and propose a safest path for cable laying.

The barricading provided shall be retained in position at all side in the site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Uncoiling and laying 110kV single core 400mm2 UG cables for a circuit (3 number of cables for one circuit) in separate trefoil formation as per drawing along the already excavated trenches over sand bed formed and looping of cable through the various types of pipes already laid including all charges for handling, uncoiling and paving of cable in trenches using standard cable installation equipments after providing all necessary precautions to be followed as per IS specifications carefully without damaging the existing pipe lines, cables, water lines etc and rectifying the damages if any occured to the existing installations and stacking the balance bits safely etc. complete, but excluding cost of excavations, laying pipes, providing holes, back filling etc and cost of all these items made separately.
Uncoiling and laying optical fibre cable of specified type( specification given in Material Supply) through already laid PLB duct by HDD Method beside 110kV cable including charges for splicing the cable and termination using jointing kits at both ends and in between the route lengths where ever necessary.
Installation of straight joint/Cross bonding joint/out door and indoor terminations of 110kV UG cable with providing suitable link box(with or without SVL) ready for earthing as per the direction of departmental officers
Installation of outdoor end termination of 110KV UG 1 X 400 sq.mm cable work as per standard specifications by licensed cable jointers including providing scaffolding, working platform, labour assistants, tools and plants, consumables, sundry expenses etc. as per directions of departmental officers at site

Erection of mounting/supporting structure for 110kV cable end termination fixing cable using suitable clamp fixtures connecting earth lead etc complete as per specification
Testing and commissioning of 110kv, UG cable circuit and OFC as per latest standards including hire charges for testing equipments etc complete.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing danger board along the cable route as per drawing including all charges for supplying and fixing 210x 298 mm sign board using 18 gauge MS sheet mounted on MS angle 60x60x60 and 2.75 Metre height( including cost of fittings), embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x45 cm of CC 1:3:6 using 20 mm broken stone and all form works, painting both sides of the board and angle iron with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat and lettering 2.5 to 4 cm high etc.. complete as per directions of the departmental officers at site.
Laying cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
Disposing of surplus earth debris of excavation after refilling including loading, unloading and stacking.
Picking and stacking the spreaded 40 mm/ 6mm metal for reuse including filtering/washing etc complete as per the direction of dept officer at site.(Data prepared from sanctioned estimate of Edamon 220kV S/s yard str.phase-1, Extra item no.1)
Earth work excavation for foundation of equipments and yard structures in all kinds of soil and depositing on bank with initial lead up to 50 m and lift from 1.50 upto 3 m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Charges includes cost of low hydrogen DC electrode (No. E7018), hire charges of DC arc welding set and tools and plants required, current charges including labour charges for holding MS rod in position and applying two coats of anti corrosive paints at the welded joints etc. complete as per the directions of department officers.
Laying of departmentally supplied GI strip/Copper strip of suitable size including cleaning and neatly bending of strips ,cutting, removing of metal/earth in the yard and burying earth strip to the required depth re-doing the yard metalling as per the direction of the departmental officers.
