Providing casing embankment using homogeneous soil from approved borrow area in layers of 25 cm before compaction including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as excavation, sortingout, transporting, spreading in layer of 2 specified thickness, breaking clods, sectioning, compacting each layer without watering to densitycontrol of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated by Sheep foot roller / Vibratory roller/ 8 to 10 tonne power roller etc., complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lift.
