Fixed component (Day to Day Involvement) A) Manpower Requirement: (see clause 23B of Tender documents) (From 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027) a)Net salary to be paid to empolyee deployed for O&M staff. as follows, i) Shift Incharge-2 nos. ii) Mechanic/Electrician-3nos. iii) Supervisor-1no iv) Operator (Filter Operator/Operator of chemicals used (Alum/poly electrolyte) -5nos. v)Helper of Filter Operator/chemicals/Cleaner-5 nos. Note :- Payment will be made as per submission of proper documents in addition with Salary Slip,PF & ESI documents

Provision of additional amount to be paid to operators if any enhancement of rate order by Govt. during this maintanance period

B) Chemicals: Supply and delivery of Polyaluminium Chloride Conforming to BIS-15573 of latest version at site. Note:- Challan & routine test report to be produced alongwith mentioning ' Fit for drinking purpose'.

C) Other works Day to day maintenance of general cleanliness and housekeeping of all units in and around 20 MGD WTP (Phase-I) and surrounding areas viz. filter house, flocculating unit, Chemical House, Annex Building, CWR etc., cleaning and disinfecting of toilets and lavatory blocks by engagement of required nos. of sweepers, mathor, labours and other labours as necessary with necessary tools and plants like, bucket, baskets, broom-stick, scrapers, scrubbers, duster, wiper, bleaching powder, phenyl etc. as may be required from time to time as per specification and direction of EIC. (3 nos. Sweeper + 1 no. Jamadar) Note :- The Contractor has to maintain log book on monthly basis certified by JE & AE regularly engagement of man days.

Variable components (Major Repairs) Civil works - Scraping & cleaning of wall surface ( Both interior & Exterior surface), removal of scale from chemical dosing perforated pipe etc.all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. (Each unit to be cleared twice a monthly) (Un-Skilled Worker) Note :- The Contractor has to maintain log book on monthly basis certified by JE & AE regularly engagement of man days. i) Inlet well & Inlet Channel with Parshall flume ii) Flash Mixers (2 nos) iii) Flocculating units ( 8 Nos) iv) Tube Settlers (20 Nos) v) Filter House vi) Overhead Backwash Reservoir and Back Washing system vii) Chlorine House viii) Chemical House ix) Sludge Unit with pump house x) Recirculation Unit with Sump and surface pump

Major Pipe repair, Valve repair, Gate Valve repair & Electro mechanical works - All type of Repair (except petty reparing , For petty repairing see Sl no.3 of this BOQ and clause 25.2.9 under General terms and condition of tender document) along with replacement of spare parts (if required) of Electro mechanical equipment like over hauling of motors, shaft, blades, drives, paddles, sludge valves, acctuators, drain lines, gear, gear box, Drain gate valve, Inlet & outlet gate, all types of gates & Valves, total pipe lines along with specials, air lock siphone system, clear water line from outlet of filter unit to CWR (Phase-I)different accessories/ equipments of control chamber, float valve, floats, control valve, rate settlers devices & LOH, ROF, All control chamber equipments, inlet valve/gate, monorail, chain pully, leak repairing/ replacement of chlorine pipelines total inlet and outlet line along with specials, all types of dosing pumps, Dosing tanks, all types of Agitators Control panel etc. leak repairing/ replacement of total chemical pipelines and specials, equipment of sludge pumps, Recirculation pumps, Base of pumps, all types of valves, Control panel, machine foundation, dewatering of pump room etc. leak repairing of total sludge pipeline & Recirculation pipeline inlet and outlet line including specials, air blowers like motor, leak repairing of total air line and all related components and parts etc., bearing and all components and parts related and major pipe leakage repair/ replacement, valve repair/ replacement, corrotion protection etc. from time to time throughout the period of maintenance. (To be kept in good running condition for the entire period with in the maximum tolarance time for repairing of 30 Days or as per direction of EIC. For delay, proporsonate deduction shall be made) Note :- i) The item shall be executed for work of estimated value above Rs. 10,000.00/- ii) A detail estimate has to be submitted for the work for each occasion and approved from E.I.C. iii) An occasion of major repair may range from Rs. 10,000.00/- to Rs. 5,00,000.00/- subject to restriction as per schedule provision. i) Flash Mixers (2 nos) ii) Flocculating units ( 8 Nos) iii) Tube Settlers (20 Nos) iv) Filter House v) Overhead Backwash Reservoir and Back Washing system vi) Chlorine House vii) Chemical House viii) Sludge Unit with pump house ix) Air Blower x) Recirculation Unit with Sump and surface pump

Supplying materials and labour at site for petty repairing of all units of WTP of all machineries, all types of spare parts & components, all types of valve & gates, all types of pumps , pipeline & specials, chemical dosing line & specials, chemical tanks with all types of agitator, changing of rubber gusket of all types of valves & gates & pipe joints, control chamber equipments, different rate control devices, all units of WTP etc. up to Rs. 10000.00 for each and every ocassion throughout the O & M period for routine, preventive and minor curative maintenance of the plant as directed by EIC to keep the whole plant in proper running condition. Logistic support /Inspection vehicle to be provide for smooth operation & maintenance of WTP (Phase-I). The Rate including all materials and Labour . Note :- The rate per unit shall be inclusive of all other services as stated above. The payment for petty repair materials required shall be made after proper checking and verification of vouchers, bills, challans and or similar types. (See Clause 25.2.10)

a) Supply of tools and plants like grease, mobile oil, gear oil, lubricant and or similer type required etc. Note :- i) Challan to be submitted. ii) Application of Lubricant shall be done by regular O&M staff as provided in Sl. No. 1.01.

Grouting of all RCC water retaining structures at different location for maintenance and petty repair of relevant structures like Inlet well, flash mixture, flocculator, tube settler, Filter House, Chemical House, Chlorine house, Back wash reservoir, Sludge Pump house & Sludge well including repairing of leakage, crack etc.

All other necessary items as and when required will be executed and payment will be made as per current PWD Schedule, PHE Schedule or SE/NTKC approved rate . A separate schedule will be made duly approved by the EIC on basis of site condition and direction of EIC. The Necessary Item will be as follows i) Plastering ii) Painting on Plaster/ concrete/steel surface. iii) Neat cement finish iv) Brick Work v) Other necessaery civil & pipeline work as required. Note :- Separate approved schedule shall be issued by the EIC from time to time as per requirement.
