Material and labour for servicing/cleaning of water cooler of storage capacity/ nominal cooling capacity(Ltrs/hr) 80/40 & 120/60 litres with the use of anti-scaling agent for internal steel water tank ,outer body and condenser coil of water cooler, Removal of dust and other deposited material for the various functional equipment using smooth nylon brush ,cleaning of drainage for speedy water removal and checking of electrical connection to compressor and other electrically operated equipment’s, cleaning of fins and tubes of condenser, repair/replacement of PUF thermal insulation, checking of refrigerant leakage and functionality of water tap, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hermetically sealed compressor of water cooler of capacity 40 ltr/hr suitable for R134a gas, single phase along with capacitor and relay, including gas charging in the system and testing of water cooler, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Copeland/Tecumseh. Note : Cost of cutting of existing worn out compressor will be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Taking out burnt unserviceable condenser fan motor, and replacement with new electric motor, single phase 230V of water cooler 40ltrs/hrs with condenser fan blade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of following items of water cooler

Thermostat for water cooler capacity 40/80 ltr/hrs.

Push type Bib tap Cast copper alloy 15mm Push type chromium plated.

PVC Connection with brass unions at both ends with brass nuts, suitable for fixing to 15mm dia GI Pipe.

Material and labour for carrying out repair /maintenance/ servicing of Refrigerator of any capacity by periodic cleaning of internal and external parts, cleaning of water collection area and checking of electrical circuit repair/ replacement of unserviceable/worn out spares and accessories to make the Refrigerator in good working condition, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Defective spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour for maintenance of Refrigerator any capacity with replacement of old/unsv spare parts as under including testing on load, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair condensor suitable for Refigerator of 195/ 250/ 300 ltr cap

Supply & Fixing in repair cooling effect transmitting fan motor suitable for Refigerator of 195/ 250 / 300 ltr cap

Supply & Fixing in repair Compressor Relay suitable for Refrigerator of 195/250 / 300 ltr cap or as per existing Make KCL/ Rentrol /Indofos

Supply & Fixing in repair thermostat suitable for Refrigerator of 195/250 / 300 ltr cap

Supply & Fixing in repair Compressor suitable for Refrigerator of 250 / 300 ltr cap or as per existing

Material & Labour for charging of refrigerant R-134a gas to Refrigerator for the Refrigerator cap 230/250 Ltrs as per existing /manufacturer instructions after flushing out the entire refrigerant, vacuum testing of entire closed loop system for 24hrs and charging the unit with specified quantity of gas, as per manufacturer instructions, as mentioned above, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230 V of size 300mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
