S&F rolled sections as in main or cross beams, running rails and duides etc fixed with cleats or other plates

S&F mild steel framed work as in door, gates of angle and other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc for covering doors etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding inlcluding hooks and hinges and hanging complete (exclusive of steel sheeting)

4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminium windows/ventilators or in partiions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to inclusive of rubber beading).

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.(Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of Fosroc chemicals/Pidilite or any equivalent approved make.

M&L for two coat of Antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protex of Asian paint or equivalent in approved) over a coat of Exterior primer (Professional pack of Asian Paints) over a coat of external wall care putty n.exc 2mm thick on new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with braciing support complete all as specified.

M&L preperation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (Oil emulsion) over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L preperation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (Oil emulsion) over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 160 g/Sqm having softening point not less than 1400C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N by torch applicationincluding min 10 cm side over lap and 15 cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over membrane @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm/Sqm all as specified

S&F tubes 50 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fitting and fixed complete to roof as railing/guard bars.

M & L pre- cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregatge , exc 10 cm in width and setting cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) on wall to an average thickness of 40 mm , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as directed .

M & L PCC 1:4:8 (Type D-2) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Spreding existing moorum/red bajri in 100 mm thickness, rolled and consolidated to gradient as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for red earth bags laid in layers of gunny bags of volume 0.036 cum stacked adjacent of stop butt wall vertically of short range all as specified and directed. Note : Height of stacking approximately up to 10.00 mtr from ground level.

M&L preperation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall where as possible by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 240 volt, 20 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure distribution board triple pole and neutral (VTPN), AC, 440 volt, 04 way with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar and metal door with IP 54 & IK 09 protection and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following :- (a) MCCB, 125 Amp, 04 pole, AC, 415 Volt of 16 KA breaking capacity complete - 01 No. (b) MCB, SP, AC, 240 volt of 06 to 32 Amp, "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity - 12 Nos.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on serial page No 497 of SSR part I - 2009 and connected to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 75mm center to center both way with 12mm dia lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, Angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
