Common burnt clay modular bricks Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Flyash bricks Brick work using flyash bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 ) at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.
Flyash bricks- Half brick masonry Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.
Cement Plastering -15mm thick Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, structural grooves if necessary, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement Plastering -6mm thick Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 river sand) finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.
Cement Plastering -20mm thick Cement plastering 20 mm thick in 2 coats over masonary and concrete surfaces upto a height of 10 mtr with base coat of 12 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat of 8mm thickness in cement mortar 1:3 (smooth finish), final rendering,double scaffolding wherever necessary ,hacking of concrete surfaces, etc complete.
Surface Preparation Preparing the existing surface by wire brushing and mechanical grinding wherever necessary and washing the treatment receiving surface area with water, so as to make the surface totally dust free to receive the treatment.
Cleaning Re-bars & Steel Surfaces Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of Pidilite Industries Limited's Dr. Fixit Rust Remover /equivalent material of Fosroc/ SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Anti-corrosive Primer for Reinforcement. Providing and applying Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Zinc Rich Primer /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make which confirms to BS 4652 1995 Specification for Metallic Zinc Rich Priming paint Type 2 and mixing mechanically until it is homogenous and applying the same as one rich coat on reinforcement complete with all lift etc. complete. (If corrosion found on rebars)
Providing New Rebars Removing the existing deteriorated reinforcement and supply and placing of new rebars of suitable diameter including cutting, bending and straightening and placing in position complete in all levels and if necessary, welding the new bars with the existing Rods by over lapping or drilling holes on the sound surface and fixing rebars using suitable epoxy acrylate based anchoring material. with all lead and lift etc. complete (If the rebar is corroded more than 25% of its original size) Note :- Additional rebars of suitable diamete shall be provided with the help of shear connectors. The shear connectors are provided in the repair area in a grid pattern of 200mm x 200mm by drilling holes of 12mm diameter to a depth of 150mm. The drilled holes shall be grouted with epoxy acrylate based anchoring material of BASF/ Sika/ Pidilite/ Fosroc/ Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make.
Crack Filler Providing and applying ready to use fiber reinforced crack filler of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste/equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, inside the cracks of up to 5 mm by opening the cracks to the maximum width of 5 mm using mechanical tools like cutter machine etc. All complete as per the engineer incharge.
Internal And External Crack Treatment Treatment for cracks by chasing open it using electrical cutter machine to form a “V” space groove of approx. 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar of CM 1:4 which shall be admixed with Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP/equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make @ 2kg per bag of cement. All complete as per the engineer incharge.
Injection Grouting using Cementitious Admixed with SBR - Styrene Bitadiene Styrene Providing and Fixing 18 mm dia GI nozzles (the nozzle shall be embedded about half the depth of the member to be grouted) in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1m c/c while casting the retaining wall and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1m c/c . Nozzles can also be post fixed by drilling holes using drill machine and to be fixed with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound of polymer modified mortar using Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/ Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make in the ratio of 1:1 by weight .The Caps shall be fixed in the mouth of the nozzles to avoid chocking of cement slurry etc, while concreting or Post fixing the Nozzle.
Injection Grouting using Moisture Insensitive Epoxy Grout For strengthening the various members of the Concrete Segments, GI Nozzles shall be made in weak areas or at intervals of 1 metre centre to centre, and the same shall be injection grouted with Moisture Insensitive Epoxy Grout of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Epoxy Injection Grout /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make. After the grouting is complete the nozzles shall be cut and the area shall be sealed with suitable sealant.
Injection Grouting : PU Foam Providing Polyurethane injection grout, Dr.Fixit PU Foam Injection /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make; 2 component injection resin system which is hydrophobic in nature & foams up to 30 times its volume on contact with water. The said system is inert, hence safe for potable water contact & non-bio degradable in nature. The application may be carried out in a staggered manner or in a grid pattern, 1 metre centre to centre, as desired by the Engineer in-charge Storing,mixing& application to be done strictly in accordance with the manufactures instructions to the floor and vertical walls. Applicator to ensure complete surface preparation of concrete substrate prior to grouting. The Packers shall be fixed using Dr. Fixit Polymer Mortar HB /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make or, Any Suitable Mortar/Adhesive.
Injection Grouting: PU Resin Providing Polyurethane injection grout, Dr. Fixit PU Plain Injection of M/s.Pidilite Industries Ltd /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make; 2 component injection resin system which is water insensitive & sets effectively in presence of water. The said system is inert,hence safe for potable water contact & non-bio degradable in nature. The applicaton may be carried out in a staggered manner or in a grid pattern, 1 metre centre to centre, as desired by the Engineer in -charge . Storing,mixing & application to be done strictly in accordance with the manufacture instructions. Applicator to ensure complete surface preparation of concrete substrate prior to grouting.
Epoxy Bonding Agent Providing and applying a coat of two-part solvent free epoxy resin based bonding agent Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Epoxy Bonding Agent /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make shall be having Shear Bond strength as per ASTM C : 881 - Concrete failure, on the surface at rate of 2 Sqm/kg inside the cracks.
Repair Mortar for Refurbishment of Damaged concrete Providing a High Strength and High Build Dual Shrinkage Compensated Repair Mortar of Dr. Fixit Polymer Mortar HB /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make .
Micro Concrete Providing and applying of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Micro Concrete /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, the micro concrete shall be mixed with 6 mm and downsized aggregates shall be added maximum 5 to 15% by the weight of dry micro concrete inside the shuttering. The same should be Cured for 14 days using water complete etc.
Curing Compound Providing and applying Pidilite Industries Limited's make-Dr. Fixit /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make Curing Compound on all horizontal surfaces by brush or spray by maintaining the spreading rate of 4 Sqm/lit in two coats. The second coat application shall be in direction perpendicular to the previous coat. The application shall begin immediately as the surface water dries and not after the surface water dries completely. For vertical surfaces for the in-situ concrete, application shall begin immediately after the shuttering is removed. The surface shall be kept wet till the Curing Compound is applied uniformly maintaining the spreading rate as specified.
Polymer Modified Plaster Providing and applying avg 15 mm to 20 mm thick plastering on the walls, beams and columns etc using polymer modified plaster with CM 1:4 admixed with Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make@ 2 kg per bag of cement
External Wall Coating Providing and applying a primer coat of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Primeseal /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 and apply @ the rate of 8-10 Sqm/liter depending upon the porosity of the substrate. Providing and applying two coats of Pidilite Industries Limited's make- Dr. Fixit Raincoat /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make (Tinted to Colour of Customer's Choice) over the primed surface without any dilution. The effective coverage of Raincoat shall be 3-3.5 Sqm / liter for two coats to achieve a DFT of 100 microns. All the application procedure shall be strictly as per the manufacturer’s specification including the tinting costs.
Expansion Joint Providing and sealing of control joints of groove size upto 50 mm X 25 mm size , in grade slab of concrete with fresh Polysulphide Sealant, Dr. Fixit Pidiseal PS 41 G, of Pidilite Industries Limited /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make, including providing filler board inside the expansion joint of adequate size during resurfacing treatment for maintaining the joint depth, apply bond breaker tape on top of backer rod, rounding of edges including providing and applying Proper Backer Rod for Establishing Correct Joint Depth, Sealant Primer , Dr. Fixit Pidiprime /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make A, two coats compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edges of joints to prevent accidents spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and applying waterproofing membrane with specially formulated single-ply ,EPDM, E45, non-reinforced (Ethylene, Propylene, Diene Monomer) membrane. Fixed at both ends of 100 mm width with suitable adhesive and laid loosely at middle in the expansion joint. Protecting the expansion joint system with Aluminium sheet in a U shape fashion, extending the same up to 60 mm on both side horizontal section and vertical section, with riveting one side only. Note : The Rate also includes removing of existing Expansion joint from building if required.
Waterproofing Treatment - Roof /Gutter etc Providing water proofing treatment to the roof/gutter or any other required surface with cold applied, Acrylic Elastomeric liquid membrane coating over one coat of crystallization coating system Pidilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF/Sunanda/ Krishna or any other approved equivalent make in the following sequence: a) Cleaning the surfaces from dirt, dust and other contaminations. b) Identifying the areas of leakage by approved means. c) Pressure grouting the area of leakage with cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make at @225 gm/bag of cement at a minimum one grout point per 2 Sqm slab area. d) Exposing, cleaning and filling cracks observed in RCC slab/any concrete surface with polymer modified mortar compound/Dr. Fixit PU sealant of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make. e) Cutting 'V' grooves along concrete and masonry junctions and filling the same with single part Polyurethane sealant,Dr. Fixit PU sealant of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make.. f) Pre wetting the surface of slab and application of one coat ofcrystallization coating system of Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make. g) Applying Efflorescence Resistant Penetrating Primer, Dr. Fixit Primeseal of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 at a coverage of 8-10 Sqm/Lit. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra waterproof coating of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre/Sq.mt/Coat and lay Fiber mesh on the entire surface while the coating is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours and then apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra of M/s Pedilite /equivalent material of Fosroc /SIKA/BASF or any other approved equivalent make waterproof coating without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre/Sq.mt/ Coat. All as per approved manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Waterproofing Treatment - Bathroom area etc Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken floor of water closets, bath rooms, nahanis from inside at all heights above plinth level/ lift area giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor area of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment if necessary on the walls above proposed floor finish with making surface suitable and even to receive tiles, testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc., complete.
Putty Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Internal Painting Painting with 3 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint (including primer) interior grade of tractor emulsion of Asian make or equivalent quality of /Berger/Nerolac makes of first quality and required shade over walls, ceilings etc.,(interior paint) including scaffolding upto height of 10 m, removing whitewash/color wash/old paint, if any, by scrapping with scrubbing machine, sand papering, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, filling in crevices, holes and cracks etc., with approved filler etc., complete all as specified and directed.
External Painting Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives - Ultima of Asian paint or equivalent. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
Steel Painting PU PAINT OVER EPOXY PRIMER :-Applying two coats of two component, high build, self priming, rust encapsulating, modified epoxy coating of DFT 100 microns for each coat using “Rust-O-cap” metacare coating of Asian paints/ Dekgaurd EP 302 of fosroc, over which one finishing coat of aliphatic polyurethane coating of DFT 30 microns using APCOTHANE CF 675 of Asian paints or Dekgaurd PU of Fosroc to existing steel / concrete structures at all elevations in various locations including required surface preparation and substrate condition as per the manufacturer’s recommendations
Painting over wooden surface Painting wooden surfaces with one coat of wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, cleaning, sand papering, including applying and filling crevices or wherever required suitable filler etc, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.
Precast Slab Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-25 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using Portland Slag Cement conforming to conforming to IS 455 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Coramandal, KCP) , crushed sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches with and without holes. NOTE:- GGBS Pozzalanas should not be more than 50 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only
Scaffolding Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the Zequired duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Chicken Mesh Providing and fixing plaster mesh/chicken mesh manufactured out of hot dipped galvanised iron of nominal thickness 0.35mm size 25mm x 25mm with a zinc coating of 120gms per sqm along route of walls chipped for services, junction between RCC and brick walls including cost of materials, labour for fixing complete as per specifications.

Removing unsound plaster Removing of plaster wherever there is dampness/spalling/hallowness in the surface completely using hacking tools and the surface to be free from dust, laitance, oil, grease, algae, fungus and any other foreign material, prior to application.
Dismantling PCC Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
Dismantling RCC Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed
Dismantling Tiling DISMANTLING THE Acid tile/ceramic tile/vitrified tile etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials within 50 metres lead and disposing of debris within 50 m lead. etc., complete as specified and directed.
Dismantling Brickwork Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
Dismantling Structural Steel work Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels in MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores etc., complete as directed
