SPL REPAIR TO ROAD CUM STONE RETAINING WALL NEAR ELECTRIC POLE NO (CR-21) TO (CR-25) MH MAIN GATE AT CIRCULAR ROAD UNDER AGE(I) LANSDOWNE

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in road /Path/ Hard Standing having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm , thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum complete all as specified and directed.Using Cement OPC 43 Grade only.Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items. (iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017.

M&L for spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50 mm deep x 10 mm wide,filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming expansion joints 12 mm thick , filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for depth 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto courses, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only quantity of PCC bond stone to be deducted from quantity of random rubble masonary.

Description same all as item No. 08 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retreived serviceable stone under demolition item shall be used.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in roof kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
