REPAIR TO DRAIN, CLEANING, GRASS/BUSHES CUTTING ETC AT SHOULDERS OF RUNWAY TAXI TRACK AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floors and finished cement concrete surface even and smoth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete(1;3:6) type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggragete in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 08 here-in-before, but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtainded from demolition here-in-before shall be reused after cleaning.

Demolition of brick work laid flat or on edge or brick tiles in floors, channels, Kerbs aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid flat to side of drain/channel, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before, but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtainded from demolition shall be reused after cleaning.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge of drains, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before, but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtainded from demolition shall be reused after cleaning.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered/concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs,bushes,weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (Measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) on either side of Runway, Taxi-track and adjacent places by engaging Bush grass cutter with operators including necessary fuel and lubricant etc for bush cutter all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Grass/ bushes etc shall be removed from the site where directed but outside the periphery of area under clearance, useful materials shall be stacked where directed (one Bush grass cutter with operator shall be measured as one unit ) Note: Minimum 03 units of Bush grass cutter with operators ( 3 ltrs petrol carry each bush cutting machine)shall be deployed at site. The requirement may vary as per quantum of work and the same will be communicated telephonically two days in advance.

Dressing of ground by cutting/removing vegetation, scrapping, cleaning of all grass, shrubs,bushes,weeds, trees and saplings not exceeding 30cm in girth (Measured at a height of one metre above the ground level) upto 10-15 feet around the light of Runway/ Taxi-track, at apron and adjacent places as directed by Engineer-in-charge by manual labour deploying minimum 04 Nos per day (Labour may vary from 04 Nos to required nos depending upon the quantum of work ) including making up surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Grass/ bushes etc shall be removed from the site where directed but outside the periphery of area under clearance and useful materials shall be stacked where directed . Note: 1. Contractor's quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary tools to the labours as per working requirement. 2. Minimum 2 labour for drain cleaninig and 02 labour for grass cutting for Runway/Taxi track shoulders which may vary upper side as per the requirement and quantum of work and the same shall be communicated telephonically two days in advance.
