Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas in all width and depth on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .a). Ordinary rock

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying in plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering work up to plinth level with 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, fnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1.1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and plinth etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(Sail ,TISCO, RINL, Jindal Panther of (JSPL),Shyam steel make.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging 7 cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a).Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Providing and fixing Angle/Tee iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .a). Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

52 mm (fifty two milimetre) thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. as required. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm (six milimetre) thick ceiling plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement: three sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen milimetre thick) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime to give an even shade etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.. a). New work (three or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a). New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
