Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position , not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC Block of any description & in any position built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone masonary of any description and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 35cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Cutting and grubbing of bushes and tree surrounding drain and levelling of ground around transformer and four pole structure , finish the surface and removing waste material to a distance exc 50m and n exc 250m and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25mm thick as in soils etc complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over of hammer dressing to face stone with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face bed and joints as specified to squared rubble walling jodhpur type brought upto cources complete all as directed

M&L for keyed pointing in CM (1:4) to squared rubble coursed or uncoursed wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stoe aggregate) as in coping of drain and the like including necessary from work weathering rounded or chamfered angles, throating including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC , (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubbersied Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx30cmx25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment, in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 (design mix) and of shape and size as directed, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the exixting surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, M-35 machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubberised coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and designe as approved, with grey cement and pigment , and conforming to IS 15658specifications , laid over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with sand , as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of stone brick/concrete surfaces of walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers ie. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction & finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing cement plaster of any description and in any position and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer on walls including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size 75mm to 110mm of any pattern) ,of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)complete all as specified.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointsfixed on walls complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Reinforced Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided including revomoving debris to a place exe. 1.5km and n. exe. 5km outside MD land as directed

M&L for Use and waste Formwork to soffit of suspended slab such as roof slab , floor slab , landing and similar work not eceeding 200 mm thick including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in shelves slab supported on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars ,10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia , as in stirrups , spacers , and binders , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC posts or struts of any section incl. taking out embedded portion and making good of disturbed ground (posts embedded in natural ground) etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No 29 here-in-before but posts embedded in concrete.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type fixed in any situation including flat iron MS round bars, mounted on nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm thick complet all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only, chain link fencing of MS galvanized fencing, any size or type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm.

M&L Mild steel round bars, 10mm dia cut to length weared and securing chain link fencing to fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing completeall as specified( Fe-410-O or 310-O) complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) Type B0 (1:2:4 12.5mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:6, including all mould- ings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings including connected ridge complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping as complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F MS work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, rials and fastenings and heavy bracket. Framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc with Fe 410.0 or Fe-310.0 including demolition/Dismantling the old rusted fremed truss works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof and wall complete alll as specified and directed .

Supply & Laying hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, as directed by Engineer in charge at different location .

Supply & Laying Graded coarse aggregate of gauge 20mm deposited, as directed by Engineer in charge at different location .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type -B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extr cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete( 1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling / mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for dressed sand stone slab as in cover stones & unshades, cills, landing, templates etc. thickness of slab 50 mm and n exc 2 m in length, punched dressed on faced and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for moorum filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n ec 15 cm thick , spread levelled and rammed including watering as directed by Engineer in charge

S& laying in trenches, alligning and jointing of reinforced concrete pipes class NP 2 of bore 450mm with socket and spigot joints ISI marked (IS-458) with rubber gasket (EPDM/SBR) and jonted complete with collars including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid complete or as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surfaces channels and drains all as specified.
