Providing Cleaning Services To APMC Sankeshwar For the Year 2026-27

Minimum Five year (up to FY 2025-26) experience in cleaning service to State Government Departments, State Government Undertakings, local bodies. Certificates by competent authorities should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal in support of meeting this requirement

The tenders should have executed at least one service contracts (copy of contract or certificate from concerned organization/institute may be furnished and uploaded)during the last one years i.e. 2025-26., to similar organizations as detailed in (a) above Certificates by competent authorities should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal in support of meeting this requirement

Disbursed Annual salary payments of not less than Rs.5.00 lakhs to various categories of personnel in other offices as stated in (a) above in one or more contracts in any one of the last 3 years (2023-24 to 2025-26). This should be Certified by a Chartered Accountant and the certificate should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal

Tenderer has to submit the Returns of ESI, PF and GST / Service Tax, Professional Tax in the recent past three years without fail.

The tenderer has to submit latest valid Form-C issued by the labor department with at least 10times of the tender manpower as the staff working in his/her organization.

The Tenderer has to submit Last Three years paid receipts of labour welfare fund paid to the welfare commissioner Karnataka labour welfare Board (FORM - D) to be submitted.

The tenderer should comply with the minimum wages as per the zones specified by Department of Labour.

The Tenderer must have been ISO 9001-2015/ISO 27001-2013/ ISO 20000-1&2018 certified for providing Manpower services.

The Tenderer should have paid ESI & EPF Payment within the Stipulated Due time. Tenderer should provide ESI & EPF Payment Challans from April-2025 to March-2026

The Tenderer must have made profit during the past 3 Financial Years. Supporting financial of the organization should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal

Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Tenderer for the three years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 ) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

Annual Turnover Statement for the three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 ) should not be under Rs.50.00 lakhs and should be duly certified by Chartered Accountant.

Declaration for Nonblack listing of the firm anywhere in India.

Tenderers should attach a copy of the Transport Department license and tax payment Receipt till the current month for the tractors owned by them or rented for a period of one year.

The Tenderers should submit a copy of the number of sanitation workers and labor department registration certificate.
