(A) Foundation, footing, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

3 Providing & fixing Aluminium Composite panel of alum decor,

Indobond & Flexibond make to all Sufaces 4mm thick in required

colours of exterior consisting of two layers of aluminium skins of

0.25mm thick sandwiching a thermo plastic core in continuous

lamination process with PVDF coating of exterior grades ensuring

long life colour and fungal resistance. Base frame work with

aluminium sections shall be fixed over the all surfaces, ACP shall be 50.00 1310.98 S.M.

fixed to the frame work as cladding it includes cost of labour,

Materials ,accessories,adhesive, scaffolding,wastages,

transport,taxes,fixing into a neat finish in aesthetic point of view,

without any undulations in facias all complete as per drawing and

instruction of engineeer in-charge.

4 Providing and sticking vinyl with eight colour eco solvent and epson

printing. The Vinyl shall be of 100 microns 3M media. The vinyl shall

be laminated by 80 microns film after the printing and before

sticking. The sample of the same shall be approved by the Engineer-

in-charge and shall be stuck in line and level without any crease or

bubbles on the prelaminated board / acrylic sheet using 3M

adhesives surface. The graphics shall be provided. The contractor

shall check the graphic size and the available surface before

printing. The 3M vinyl signage shall be stuck firmly on 3mm thick SS 350.00 754.32 S.M.

304L grade sheet as per designs. The sheet shall be firmly fixed

using SS 20mm dia studs as per the designs. The contractor shall

ensure that the signage sheets are fixed in correct line, level and

plumb. The rates shall be excluding SS sheet but including signage

material including fixing and other related costs like transportation,

electricity etc.

5 Providing and fixing of flex signage with printing for external use

and with uniformity so that the same can be backlit. The flex is to

be fixed neatly with adhesive to M.S. frame, stretched in line and

level. The flex to be 15 ounce of LG Media for backlit and printed on

vientech machine. The graphic size is to be cross checked with the 225.00 924.00 S.M.

area available before printing. The graphic shall be provided.

6 Providing and erecting on site 6mm thick colour acrylic sheet with

3M make Defuser film of UV resistant type with graphic profile cut

in colour acrylic. The entire surface shall be water proof and air

tight with necessary gaskets. The corners shall be properly made.

The acrylic to acrylic joints at the corners shall be evenly chamfered

before sticking. The item includes necessary hardware to fix the

acrylic signage to the MS structure. The work shall be done to the

complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

7 Providing and fixing in position 10mm thick acrylic sheet UV

resistant as per designs on ETM counters for signages. The acrylic

sheet shall be firmly screwed to the M.S. members so as to

withstand wind speeds upto 47m/s. The joints of the sheets shall S.M.

be well champhered and jointed using silicone sealants of Dow

corning. The rates shall be inclusive of all kinds of scaffolding,

staging, tools, tackles, hardware and adhesives. The work shall be

done to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

8 Providing and fixing in position 8mm thick acrylic sheet UV resistant

as per designs on ETM counters for signages. The acrylic sheet shall

be firmly screwed to the M.S. members so as to withstand wind

speeds upto 47m/s. The joints of the sheets shall be well

champhered and jointed using silicone sealants of Dow corning. 250.00 3181.00 S.M.

The rates shall be inclusive of all kinds of scaffolding, staging, tools,

tackles, hardware and adhesives. The work shall be done to the

complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

9 Fabricating, supplying, cutting, bending and fixing GI plain sheet

JINDAL / HINDALCO make or equivalent of 1mm / 2mm / 3mm

thickness fixed to MS framing with S.S. screws in counter sunk / S.S.

rivets, S.S washers, necessary accessories and hardware complete 225.00 88.00 KG

as per detailed drawing and design. (Only finished measurements

shall be paid., M.S. framing shall not be part of this item.) The sheet

type shall be finalised by the Engineer in charge.

10 Providing, erecting and fixing in position structural steel sections of

Yst 310 grade of TATA, Kamdhenu, Jindal of Asian confirming to

IS:4923 purlins, roof trusses, columns, side runners, ties, bracings,

framing etc, including all types of base plate, gusset plate, cap

plate, bearing plate, stiffner, cleats etc. complete and structural

steel confirming to IS:226 including necessary pipes, rolled joists,

channels, angles, tees, MS flats, angle cleats, gusset plate, bright

bars, chequered plates, cross plates as per required thickness

including cutting, welding, riveting as per structural details and 250.00 90.47 KG

good engineering practice grinding and cleaning the members as

specified by Engineer in charge. (only finished measurements shall

be paid for billing purpose). No extra payment shall be made for

grouting that has to be done under the base plate to get full

bearing on supporting sub strata. The paint shall be oil paint in

three coats to get an even look over a coat of red lead paint as per

the instruction of the engineer-in-charge. The rate shall also be

inclusive of screws, bolts, nuts, washers, hinges, pivots etc.

11 Removing of Eco Vinyl from existing Marker poles, BRTS Bus

shelters and City Bus Stops before applying new Eco Vinyl.
