UPGRADATION OF DENTAL SECTION AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING OF ECHS POLY CLINIC,AT FATHGUNJ UNDER GE (ARMY) BARODA.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm,as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, as in vertical surface like skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece in window/opening (Jambs/Cills) laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

M&L Granite (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 4.00mm thick sheet glass, selected ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beading or with glazing clips exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers, all as specified and directed.
