SITE CLEARANCE & DISMANTLING WORKS
Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

BARRICADING WORKS
Providing and erecting 1.2 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)
EARTH WORKS
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30
CONCRETE WORKS
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate20 mm nominal size)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level - 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

STEEL WORKS
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)
ROOFING
Supply and Installation of translucent roof with standing seam multicell polycarbonate panel system. The system with complete assembly of co extruded UV protected multicell panels incorporated into a complete system. Co-extruded UV protected polycarbonate panel system of min 16 mm thick of 900mm-1200mm width with angular daylighting concept. Panels shall have minimum six layers with truss bridge design for higher flexibility & strength. Panels with opaque and translucent clear combination as per required lux level and design requirements with all fixing accessories to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Panels shall be fixed on Purlin with snap on connectors with double tooth grip lock locking mechanism and will be secured on MS structure (will be paid Separately) with 3 numbers self-drilling screws & trapezoid SS fasteners holding the base of the standing seam offering best stability having a pull-out load of min. 7000N (7KN) tested as per ISO 6892:1998 and IS 1608: 2005, or with special Aluminium connectors as per design requirement. Panels must satisfy Dart drop impact test as per IS 14443-97 shall show no sign of breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM D 1925 of 15 units when tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155. U value shall not be more than 1.6 W/m2K as per EN ISO 10077-2:2018. Panel shall be with additional End cap/Aluminium U/F profile/ Glazing Bar for ends as required. Panel shall be fixed over MS structural steel/MS purlin (paid separately) conforming to the detail technical specifications as per approved architectural drawings. Trained and factory authorized labour with supervision to complete the entire panel installation as per drawing & direction of the engineering in charge. Preferred make:DPI daylight/Palram Roofing/or equivalent approval of the make shall be get from the engineer incharge.
FLOORING WORKS
Providing and fixing of 75mm thick half box cut, top flamed finish, shell white /grey colour natural granite stone for carriage way and similar locations, of size 60x45cm, laid over 50 mm thick base cement mortar 1:10 ( 1 cement : 10 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,scaffolding etc. complete at all levels
Providing and fixing of 60mm thick full box cut, top flamed finish, shell white /grey colour natural granite stone for footpath and similar locations, of size 60x45cm, laid over 50 mm thick base cement mortar 1:10( 1 cement : 10 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,scaffolding etc. complete at all levels
Providing and fixing of 30mm thick Shell white smooth granite stone for lamppost bottom coping and similar locations, of size 45x45cm, laid over 50 mm thick base cement mortar 1:10( 1 cement : 10 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,scaffolding etc. complete at all levels.
Supplying and fixing granite stone bollards of 200mm square bottom and 150 mm square at top 1200 mm long, fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 ,900 mm above ground , (the size ,finish and designs of bollards to be approved by engineer in charge )
Providing of Shell white granite stone kerb of size 500*300*100mm, with smooth and single top corner taper on 1:4:8 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete including mountable kerb
Providing and fixing 10x10x7.50 cm Granite stone block machine cut flamed finish at top , for paving in floors, drains etc. laid over bedding layer of 50 mm thick CM 1:10 , filling the joints with cement moratar 1:3 finishing and sweeping extra sand . complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge
Supplying and laying 300x300x60 mm tactile concrete tile over CM 1: 10 , 50 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all material, curing, labour etc
Supplying and fixing granite stone slab 50 mm thick with inscription writting in recessed style inluding conveying and errecting in position on cement concrete base as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(the quality of granite slab to be approved by the Engineer in charge).The cost of foundation to be paid seperately.
PAINTING WORKS
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete - On steel work
LANDSCAPING
Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).
Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm
Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).
Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge
Filling Mixture of Earth and Sludge or manure in the required proportion in trenches, flooding with water and leveling (cost of supply earth and sludge or manure and mixing excluded)
Providing & Laying Buffallo Grass turf with existing ground prepared with proper level & ramming with tools wooen the surface smoothen and light watering the same with sprinkler and maintenance of 30 days or more till the grass established properly as per the direction of Engineer in charge
Supply of tree saplings at site of height avg 150cm height with providing and supplying ornamental circular steel Tree Guard with Welded mesh as per item 11.17 of the IRC:SP:21-2009 (Guidelines on Lanscaping and tree Plantation-Indian road Congress)
MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
Supply and Laying of following size DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket,bend,couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930 part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the eisting trench, complete as required. Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe 90mm dia(OD-90mm &ID-76mm nominal)
Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes - 500 mm diameter C.I. cover (medium duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 58 kg
Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes - 560 mm diameter C.I. cover (heavy duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 108 kg
