INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 09 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz - 09 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray 14SWG, 50mm height, width 250mm, perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

Supply and installation of smart single phase meter of different makes (not more than 33% of a particular make) including polycarbonate boxes with transparent cover to view meter display with the following specifications:- (a) AC single phase two wire, tamper proof, static meter of class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 5 A-60 A, with 3200 impulses per KWh, LED for phase presence and LED for relay status, conforming to IS-16444 standard with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, microprocessor and LCD based display only with compatible IP-54 complaint polycarbonate box for outdoor mounting with optical port provision on meter box. (b) Meter should support the following data 15/ 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing data and anti-tamper features load survey data for 45 days with 30 min integration period for KWH, voltage, current, frequency etc. (c) Meter should have connect/ disconnect functionally operable from prepaid billing software and shall show balance on display. (d) The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. Note:- (a) The contractor should be responsible for removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES. (b) It should run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode. (c) The meter should carry 5 year warranty. (d) OEM shall have own NABL accredited lab for testing meters as per IS : 16444 and certification shall be provided during sample approval.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1000mm for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, plastering, PCC coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below: (i) PCC foundation shall be 150 mm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 150 mm beyond the outer dace of block masonry (ii) Walls of valve chamber shall be 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) solid building blocks, set in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth. (iv) PCC coping shall be 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over block masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be finished with three coats of white wash. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 6 mm thick fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. Steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix PVC box of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 150 mm outside and 300 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm inside including 04 nos. bus bar strip of aluminium of size 25x4 mm suitable for 440 Volts of suitable Amps, including 1 no. MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 250V with C curve to be fixed on pole with clamp complete all as specified and dircected.

DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING

Taking down single phase energy meter and depositing to MES store yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable earthing and MCB DB box and depositing to MES store yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 80 mm bore steel tubing and connected fittings from wall, ceilings, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm bore steel tubing and connected fittings from wall, ceilings, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sheathed and PVC insulated, armoured multistranded XLPE UG cable of size 95 sqmmm by excavation in soft/ loose soil and removing the cable for taking as credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sheathed and PVC insulated, armoured multistranded XLPE UG cable of size 35 sqmmm by excavation in soft/ loose soil and removing the cable for taking as credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable panel with all connected accessories like busbar, MCCB, MCB, connector etc. complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix 4 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 kg light-weight squeeze grip CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzle, bend and horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 litre mechanical foam type fire extinguisher (in parking area) , conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted with gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, hose and ABS type branch pipe and wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher (1 No. at entry/ exit), conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized mild steel fire bucket (filled with dry sand) conforming to IS 2546: 1974 round bottom type enamel painted, white inside and red outside and letters "FIRE" in black outside and handle with mounting bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 300 mm X 150 mm reading "EXIT" in 12.5 mm block letters in green and white background, properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each staircase and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 450 mm X 150 mm reading "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" in 12.5 mm block letters in white and red background, properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each Manual call point/ Fire Extinguisher and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CL#150 rated three-piece design 25 mm NB cast steel (CS) straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and tested as per BS 6755-1, having cast iron body, stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat and gland packing, CS fastners and lever having screwed/ socket weld end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 1100 Volts grade 3 core, 6 mm² copper conductor, XLPE armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831-1984, icluding necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PN 1.6 rated air vent valve having brass body, cover, adopter, disc assembly and cap, stainless steel strainer, plastic float and 25 mm screwed threaded ends suitable for maximum operating temperature 100 ˚C installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air with necessary accesories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix orifice plate made out of 6 mm thick SS 304 with orifice of required size to be fitted between flange and landing valve of external and internal hydrants to reduce pressure at the outlet to the level of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs. 15,03,403.20 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
